【摘要】:在我国经济稳步发展的大背景下,我国居民整体收入正在不断的增加,因此可支配收入也随之增多。银行个人理财业务因其风险小、收益高而受到不少居民的青睐,越来越多的人将手中的资金投资于银行理财产品以获得高收益。同时银行为调整资产结构、吸收更多结构性存款,纷纷创新个人理财发展策略,大力发展个人理财业务,抢夺个人理财市场,使得个人理财业务的竞争异常激烈。本文对NMG银行的个人理财业务现状、现行所采用的个人理财策略及存在的问题进行详细阐述,之后应用PEST分析法和SWOT分析法对NMG银行个人理财业务的环境进行分析,提出NMG银行个人理财业务策略的改进及相关保障措施,希望可以促进NMG银行个人理财业务不断的创新,增强NMG银行个人理财业务竞争力。
[Abstract]:Under the background of steady economic development, the overall income of Chinese residents is increasing, so disposable income is also increasing. Bank personal finance business is favored by many residents because of its small risk and high income. More and more people invest their funds in bank financial products to obtain high returns. At the same time, in order to adjust the structure of assets and absorb more structural deposits, banks have innovated the development strategy of personal finance, vigorously developed personal finance business, seized the market of personal financial management, and made the competition of personal finance business extremely fierce. In this paper, the current situation of NMG bank's personal finance business, the current personal finance strategy and the existing problems are described in detail, and then the environment of NMG bank's personal finance business is analyzed by pest analysis and SWOT analysis. This paper puts forward the improvement of personal finance business strategy of NMG Bank and the relevant safeguard measures, hoping to promote the innovation of personal finance business of NMG Bank and enhance the competitiveness of personal finance business of NMG Bank.
