延边农村商业银行发展战略研究

【摘要】:当前,随着我国经济发的高速发展,银行业已经发展到了一个很高的水平,各大国有银行和大型商业银行林立于全国各地,农村商业银行以及农村信用社更是密布于地方县市。在中国加入WTO以后,金融市场全面开放,银行业监管政策不断完善,银行业的竞争也在不断加深,处于银行业系统底层的农村商业银行迫于竞争压力也为了自己更好地生存、发展,纷纷制定了自己的发展战略规划。 延边农村商业银行出身于农村信用联社,发展壮大于农村合作银行阶段,并于2011年11月正式改制成为农村商业银行。目前,延边农村商业银行正处于一个发展的新阶段,急切需要制定适应自身的发展战略。本文将延边农村商业银行作为研究蓝本,综合战略管理相关理论,并采用SWOT分析法、五力分析法对其在未来一段时间的战略规划进行了简略的研究。本篇论文的结构是:首先,对战略管理的发展过程和含义做了简略的阐述,并介绍了商业银行战略规划的制定和管理过程;然后,介绍了延边农村商业银行的发展历程、组织构架、员工结构和经营状况。基于延边农村商业银行的市场定位和发展方向,本文采用SWOT分析方法和五力分析法,重点分析延边农村商业银行的发展环境和定位、发展现状、发展优势和劣势并与延边州银行业市场的其他竞争者进行了对比分析;最后提出延边农村商业银行应采取的战导向应该是:立足三农,保持基础优势;提高服务质量,大力发展中小企业客户;发扬企业文化,建立品牌形象;与时俱进,推进电子银行业务;开展投行业务,着力跨区域发展。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of China's economic development, the banking industry has developed to a high level. The large state-owned banks and large commercial banks stand in all parts of the country. The rural commercial banks and the rural credit cooperatives are densely distributed in the local counties and cities. After China's entry into the WTO, the financial market is fully open, and the banking regulatory policy is continuous. Perfect, the competition of the banking industry is deepening, and the rural commercial banks in the bottom of the banking system are under the pressure of competition to survive and develop their own development strategy plan.
The Rural Commercial Bank of Yanbian is born in the rural credit association, the development of Zhuang Zhuang is more than the rural cooperative bank stage, and formally changed into the rural commercial bank in November 2011. At present, the Rural Commercial Bank of Yanbian is in a new stage of development. It is urgently needed to formulate the development strategy to adapt itself. This paper will take the Rural Commercial Bank of Yanbian as a commercial bank. This paper makes a brief study of its strategic planning in the future for a period of time. The structure of this paper is as follows: first, the development process and meaning of strategic management are briefly described, and the formulation and management of the strategic planning of commercial banks is introduced. Then, it introduces the development process, organization structure, staff structure and management status of Yanbian rural commercial bank. Based on the market orientation and development direction of Yanbian rural commercial bank, this paper adopts the SWOT analysis method and five force analysis method to analyze the development environment and positioning of the rural commercial banks in Yanbian, the development status, and the development of the advantages. The trend and disadvantage are compared with the other competitors of the Yanbian banking market. Finally, it is suggested that the guidance of the Yanbian rural commercial banks should be based on the three agriculture, maintaining the basic advantages, improving the service quality, developing the customers of the small and medium enterprises, developing the enterprise culture and establishing the brand image; advancing with the times and advancing Electronic banking business, investment banking business, focus on cross regional development.
