延边农村商业银行发展战略研究

【摘要】:当前,随着我国经济发的高速发展,银行业已经发展到了一个很高的水平,各大国有银行和大型商业银行林立于全国各地,农村商业银行以及农村信用社更是密布于地方县市。在中国加入WTO以后,金融市场全面开放,银行业监管政策不断完善,银行业的竞争也在不断加深,处于银行业系统底层的农村商业银行迫于竞争压力也为了自己更好地生存、发展,纷纷制定了自己的发展战略规划。 延边农村商业银行出身于农村信用联社,发展壮大于农村合作银行阶段,并于2011年11月正式改制成为农村商业银行。目前,延边农村商业银行正处于一个发展的新阶段,急切需要制定适应自身的发展战略。本文将延边农村商业银行作为研究蓝本,综合战略管理相关理论,并采用SWOT分析法、五力分析法对其在未来一段时间的战略规划进行了简略的研究。本篇论文的结构是:首先,对战略管理的发展过程和含义做了简略的阐述,并介绍了商业银行战略规划的制定和管理过程;然后,介绍了延边农村商业银行的发展历程、组织构架、员工结构和经营状况。基于延边农村商业银行的市场定位和发展方向,本文采用SWOT分析方法和五力分析法,重点分析延边农村商业银行的发展环境和定位、发展现状、发展优势和劣势并与延边州银行业市场的其他竞争者进行了对比分析;最后提出延边农村商业银行应采取的战导向应该是:立足三农,保持基础优势;提高服务质量,大力发展中小企业客户;发扬企业文化,建立品牌形象;与时俱进,推进电子银行业务;开展投行业务,着力跨区域发展。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of China's economy, the banking industry has developed to a very high level, the major state-owned banks and large commercial banks are all over the country, rural commercial banks and rural credit cooperatives are even more densely distributed in local counties and cities. After China's entry into the WTO, the financial market is fully open, the banking regulatory policy is constantly improving, and the competition of the banking industry is deepening. The rural commercial banks at the bottom of the banking system are forced to survive in order to survive better under the pressure of competition. Development, have formulated their own development strategy plan. Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank came from the Rural Credit Union, developed in the stage of Rural Cooperative Bank, and became a rural commercial bank in November 2011. At present, Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank is in a new stage of development. In this paper, Yanbian Rural Commercial Bank is taken as the research blueprint, comprehensive strategic management theory, and SWOT analysis method, five-force analysis method to its strategic planning for a period of time for a brief study. The structure of this paper is as follows: first, the development process and meaning of strategic management are briefly described, and the formulation and management process of the strategic planning of commercial banks are introduced; then, the development process of rural commercial banks in Yanbian is introduced. Organizational structure, employee structure and operating status. Based on the market orientation and development direction of Yanbian rural commercial bank, this paper uses SWOT analysis method and five-force analysis method to analyze the development environment, position and current situation of Yanbian rural commercial bank. Finally, the paper puts forward that the war orientation of Yanbian rural commercial bank should be: based on agriculture, rural areas and farmers, maintaining basic advantages, improving service quality, developing advantages and disadvantages, and comparing them with other competitors in Yanbian state banking market. Vigorously develop small and medium-sized enterprise customers; carry forward corporate culture, establish brand image; keep pace with the times, promote electronic banking business; carry out investment banking business, focus on cross-regional development.
