中国对外直接投资:新格局和新特点

【摘要】：近年来,我国的对外直接投资(Outward Foreign Direct Investment)活动迅速增长,呈现出明显的"蛙跳"特征。从20世纪90年代的极度落后到当前的一举领先,呈现出戏剧性的转变。中国对外直接投资现状是进一步展开研究的直观判断基础,因而本文从中国对外直接投资的规模特点、区位分布特点、行业分布特点、主体特征以及海外并购特点等方面对中国近期的对外直接投资局面加以详细的总结与分析,以期呈现中国海外投资发展的最新特点。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Outward Foreign Direct Investment (OFDI) in China has been growing rapidly, showing obvious "leapfrog" characteristics. The dramatic shift from extreme backwardness in the 1990 s to the current one-off lead. The current situation of China's foreign direct investment (FDI) is the basis of intuitive judgment for further research. Therefore, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the scale, location and industry of China's foreign direct investment (FDI). In order to present the latest characteristics of China's overseas investment, the main features and the characteristics of overseas mergers and acquisitions are summarized and analyzed in detail on the recent situation of China's foreign direct investment.
