支付结算工具创新与区域经济发展研究——以甘肃省马铃薯产业为例

【摘要】：作为传统金融业务与现代信息技术有机结合的体现,以非票据结算为主的支付结算工具创新及应用拓展对相关产业和区域经济整体发展都具有重要意义。马铃薯产业是甘肃省的特色优势产业,但其产品交易过程中的支付结算环境滞后、支付结算工具单一等问题非常突出。因此,通过构建良好的政策环境,以建立银行卡综合服务平台为基础进行的支付结算工具创新,无疑将对甘肃省马铃薯产业的进一步发展壮大,进而对甘肃省区域经济的发展起到积极促进作用。
[Abstract]:As the embodiment of the combination of traditional financial business and modern information technology, the innovation and application of payment and settlement tools based on non-bill settlement are of great significance to the overall development of related industries and regional economy. Potato industry is the characteristic advantage industry in Gansu Province, but the payment and settlement environment in the process of product trading is lagging behind, and the single payment and settlement tool is very prominent. Therefore, the innovation of payment and settlement tools based on the establishment of a comprehensive service platform for bank cards will undoubtedly further develop and strengthen the potato industry in Gansu Province through the construction of a good policy environment. Then the development of Gansu Province regional economy plays an active role in promoting.
