商业银行个人理财业务的风险分析与发展策略

【摘要】:近年来,我国商业银行的理财产品发展迅速,规模日益扩大,成为了商业银行为客户提供专业化投资理财的重要力量。商业银行理财产品作为现阶段储民们的重要投资理财渠道,它能促使投资者将闲散资金利用起来,使投资者的资金实现保值增值。但是,商业银行的理财产品在发展的过程中,同样也存在着很多问题,资金运营模式相似,产品同质化现象严重,营销人员操作风险日益暴露,这些问题都需要加以研究并改进。 本论文先后介绍了国内外重要的关于个人理财产品的理论,以及我国理财产品的分类,特点和发展现状。同时,通过对我国理财产品的详细分析,指出了我国理财产品主要风险,即偿付风险、操作风险、流动性风险和声誉风险。然后,根据这些主要风险和我国现阶段的金融环境,对我国商业银行个人理财业务的发展提出了一些策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the financial products of commercial banks in China have developed rapidly and the scale is expanding, which has become an important force for the commercial banks to provide professional investment and financial management for their customers. As an important investment channel for the current stage, the financial products of commercial banks can encourage investors to make use of their idle funds to make the investors' funds real. However, there are also many problems in the process of development of commercial banks' financial products. The model of capital operation is similar, the product homogenization is serious, and the operation risk of marketing personnel is exposed. These problems need to be studied and improved.
This paper introduces the important theories about personal financial products at home and abroad, and the classification, characteristics and development status of our financial products. At the same time, through the detailed analysis of our financial products, this paper points out the main risks of our financial products, namely, the risk of payment, risk, liquidity risk and reputation risk. Some major risks and the current financial environment in China have put forward some strategies for the development of personal financial services in China's commercial banks.
