基于吸收能力视角的中国OFDI逆向技术溢出对国内技术进步影响研究

【摘要】:对外直接投资(OFDI)是一国利用技术外溢效应来实现本国技术进步的有效路径,在推进我国现阶段经济转型和结构调整方面扮演着重要角色。为此本文借鉴L-P模型,选取1985-2013年我国对外直接投资数据,并以全要素生产率作为技术进步衡量指标具体考察了我国对外直接投资逆向技术溢出的影响程度和吸收能力因素。结果显示,我国对外直接投资会产生显著的逆向技术溢出效应,即对外直接投资每增加1%将引致国内全要素生产率增长0.0163%,效应程度不及国内研发和进口贸易;此外逆向技术溢出效应还受到人力资本水平、研发强度和技术差距等吸收能力因素的影响。
[Abstract]:Foreign direct investment (OFDI) is an effective way for a country to make use of the technology spillover effect to realize its own technological progress, which plays an important role in promoting the economic transformation and structural adjustment of our country at the present stage. Based on the L-P model, this paper selects the data of China's foreign direct investment from 1985 to 2013, and uses total factor productivity as a measure of technological progress to investigate the influence degree and absorptive capacity of reverse technology spillover of China's foreign direct investment. The results show that China's foreign direct investment will have a significant reverse technology spillover effect, that is, each increase of 1% of foreign direct investment will lead to the increase of domestic total factor productivity (TFP) 0.0163%, which is less than that of domestic R & D and import trade. In addition, reverse technology spillover effect is also affected by human capital level, R & D intensity and technology gap.
