建设银行信用卡现金分期业务优化研究

【摘要】:信用卡集结算、信贷、取现、转账、汇兑等多功能于一身,作为主要的电子支付手段之一,已经成为了人们经济生活中不可缺少的一部分。随着个人消费观念的改变以及经济的迅速发展,信用卡最强大的功能——分期付款业务,在个人消费贷款领域的发展也越来越突出。信用卡现金分期业务既丰富了银行的贷款品种,又为持卡人提供了更便利的贷款方式,是一种多赢的信用卡业务创新。 本文将目前市面上常见的现金分期业务与建设银行现金分期业务作比较,并以建设银行湖南省分行为例,,分析建设银行现金分期业务现状,进而通过SWOT分析方法对建设银行现金分期业务进行分析,得出影响建设银行现金分期业务发展的自身内部优势劣势及外部机遇与威胁。虽然建设银行是最先推出现金分期业务的国有银行,但是相较于大部分股份制银行建设银行的现金分期业务仍是起步较晚,对现金分期业务重视不够,并且在办理流程上不够人性化,还有电子银行服务滞后,收费模式单一等不足。而目前信用卡现金分期业务发展迅速,普通消费分期与汽车分期增长受限,为现金分期业务提供了发展空间,可见建设银行开展现金分期业务挑战与机遇并存。 为了更好的发展建设银行现金分期业务,为客户提供更为人性化与多样化的服务,本文分析了建设银行现金分期业务的存在的问题,并从实际出发,提出了相应的六点优化对策:优化人力资源管理、加强推广与宣传、建立完善的客户管理系统、优化业务申请流程、加强风险控制以及优化客户还款体验。以冀能够促进建设银行信用卡现金分期业务的发展,为建设银行信用卡现金分期业务客户带来更多的便利与更好的体验。
[Abstract]:As one of the main electronic payment methods, credit card has become an indispensable part of people's economic life. With the change of personal consumption concept and the rapid development of economy, the most powerful function of credit card, installment business, is more and more prominent in the field of personal consumption loan. The credit card cash installment business not only enriches the bank's loan variety, but also provides a more convenient way for the cardholder. It is a multi-win credit card business innovation. This paper compares the common cash installment business in the market with the cash installment business of China Construction Bank, and takes the Hunan Branch of China Construction Bank as an example to analyze the present situation of cash installment business of China Construction Bank. Then the paper analyzes the cash installment business of China Construction Bank through the SWOT analysis method, and obtains the internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats that affect the development of the cash installment business of China Construction Bank. Although China Construction Bank is the first state-owned bank to launch cash installment business, compared with most joint-stock banks, China Construction Bank still starts its cash installment business relatively late, and does not pay enough attention to cash installment business. And in the processing process is not humanized, there is a lag in electronic banking services, a single charging model and other shortcomings. At present, the credit card cash installment business develops rapidly, the ordinary consumption period and the automobile phased growth are limited, which provides the development space for the cash installment business. It can be seen that China Construction Bank has both the challenge and the opportunity to carry out the cash installment business. In order to develop the cash installment business of China Construction Bank better and provide more humanized and diversified service for customers, this paper analyzes the existing problems of cash installment business of China Construction Bank, and proceeds from the actual situation. The corresponding six optimization countermeasures are put forward: optimizing human resource management, strengthening promotion and publicity, establishing perfect customer management system, optimizing business application process, strengthening risk control and optimizing customer repayment experience. In order to promote the construction bank credit card cash installment business development, for construction bank credit card cash installment business customer brings more convenience and better experience.
