物流金融流程再造

【摘要】:近年来,我国物流产业正呈现出加速增长的态势。港口物流是物流产业的一个重要的组成部分,其所发挥的作用越来越重要。目前中小企业融资难问题是在我国普遍存在的一个问题,融资难使得许多中小企业不能实现自我的突破,制约着其经济更好的发展。而物流金融业务是金融业与物流业的有机结合,对中小企业融资难问题有显著的作用,同时也为物流企业的发展提供更加广阔的发展空间。港口物流企业开展物流金融业务,对其自身和社会经济的发展都有着非常重要的影响。天津港目前开展的物流金融业务存在着诸多问题,不利于天津港的生存与发展。所以本文研究的重点是对天津港物流金融业务流程进行优化再造,旨在提高天津港物流金融业务的效率,节约资源与成本,使得天津港在激烈的竞争环境中能够获得发展的持续竞争优势。首先,在文章的开始,对本文的研究背景进行了分析,介绍了物流金融业务在国内外的发展状况。最后介绍论文的主要研究内容和研究路线。其次,介绍了物流金融业务及流程再造的相关理论,对我国物流金融业务中存在的问题进行分析,并且将项目管理的思想与流程再造结合起来,分析其在物流金融业务中的应用。为接下来分析天津港物流金融业务存在的问题以及对天津港物流金融业务流程进行再造打下基础。再次,对天津港物流金融业务的发展现状进行分析,包括其发展阶段及对未来拓展物流金融业务的创新。针对天津港物流金融业务流程及其存在的问题展开了分析,对其部门设置、业务流程及现有流程中存在的问题进行研究。运用以上理论对其物流金融业务流程进行再造。最后,以ZYH公司为例对天津港物流金融业务再造进行案例分析,先分析其在原有流程的情况下失败的原因,然后对其业务采取项目小组的方式进行流程再造,在新流程下对其进行进一步分析。本文的研究重点是对天津港物流金融业务再造的研究,而对于流程再造的实施过程中会遇到各方面的各种阻力,以及对天津港物流金融业务进行改造后,新的流程实施过程中产生相关的风险的研究,本文研究不够充分,还要对其进行进一步的探讨。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's logistics industry is showing a trend of accelerated growth. Port logistics is an important part of logistics industry, which plays an increasingly important role. At present, the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises is a common problem in our country. The difficulty of financing makes many small and medium-sized enterprises unable to achieve their own breakthrough, which restricts the better development of their economy. The logistics financial business is an organic combination of the financial industry and the logistics industry, which plays a significant role in the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, and also provides a broader development space for the development of logistics enterprises. The port logistics enterprise carries on the logistics finance business, has the very important influence to its own and the social economy development. There are many problems in the logistics finance business of Tianjin Port, which is unfavorable to the survival and development of Tianjin Port. Therefore, the focus of this paper is to optimize and reengineer the logistics financial business process of Tianjin Port, in order to improve the efficiency of logistics finance business of Tianjin Port, and save resources and costs. Tianjin Port in the fierce competition environment can obtain the sustainable competitive advantage of development. First of all, at the beginning of the article, the research background of this paper is analyzed, and the development of logistics finance business at home and abroad is introduced. Finally, the main research content and research route are introduced. Secondly, it introduces the related theories of logistics finance business and process reengineering, analyzes the problems existing in the logistics finance business of our country, and combines the thought of project management with process reengineering. Analyze its application in logistics finance business. It lays the foundation for analyzing the problems existing in the logistics finance business of Tianjin Port and reengineering the logistics finance business process of Tianjin Port. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the present situation of Tianjin Port logistics financial business, including its development stage and innovation of future development of logistics finance business. Based on the analysis of Tianjin Port logistics financial business process and its existing problems, this paper studies the department setting, business process and existing problems in Tianjin Port logistics finance business process. Use the above theory to reengineer the logistics financial business process. Finally, take ZYH Company as an example to analyze the case of Tianjin Port logistics financial business reengineering, first analyze the reason of its failure in the original process, then take the project group way to carry on the process reengineering to its business. It is further analyzed under the new process. The research focus of this paper is to study the logistics financial business reengineering of Tianjin Port, but in the process of implementing process reengineering, it will encounter various kinds of resistance, as well as the transformation of Tianjin Port logistics financial business. The research on the risks in the process of new process implementation is not enough in this paper.
