XX租赁有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:融资租赁是一种新兴的金融工具,发源于20世纪50年代的美国。1952年美国租赁公司成立,这标志着融资租赁的开始。融资租赁是与银行信贷、直接融资、信托、保险并列的五大金融形式之一,在国际上已发展成为仅次于资本市场、银行信贷的第三大融资方式。总体来看,我国融资租赁业经过了以下四个发展阶段,即初步高速成长期(1981-1987)、市场转型曲折发展阶段(1988-1998)、法制建设时期(1999-2003)、活力恢复时期(2004-至今)。20世纪80年代,我国开始引入融资租赁业务。2004年3月24日,全国人大启动融资租赁法的立法进程,着手制定《融资租赁法》①。2004年12月10日以后,外商独资的融资租赁正式对境外开放,商务部开始审批外商独资的融资租赁公司。2004年,我国开放内资试点,改变了以前只允许中外合资经营的现状,内资融资租赁公司开始选择一些企业试点。2007年,金融领域开始向“机构多元化、金融业务多样化”方向发展,金融租赁公司开始逐渐复苏。尤其是2009年以来,我国整个融资租赁业进入到一个空前的快速发展期。到2013年,我国已拥有各类融资租赁企业1026家,整个行业注册资金约为3060亿元人民币,全行业融资租赁资产规模突破3万亿,我国融资租赁业发展前景广阔。但是,我国融资租赁业仍处于起步阶段,融资租赁业如何发展仍是一个有待探讨的问题,是我国目前面临的重大课题。XX租赁有限公司旗下包括A子公司、B子公司、C子公司、D子公司、E子公司等多家子公司,拥有融资租赁全牌照,涵盖银监会监管的金融租赁和商务部批准的内、外资租赁,业务范围涉及基础设施、大型设备、飞机、船舶等诸多领域。作为行业内的重要一员,其在行业内具有领头羊的作用,对行业发展有重要的影响力,因此,对XX租赁有限公司的发展进行系统的研究,对推动公司发展乃至行业的前进就有十分重要的意义。本文正是在认识到这一重要性的基础上,以“XX租赁有限公司发展战略研究”为题,研究XX租赁有限公司的发展战略。全文立足于我国融资租业的发展现状及XX租赁有限公司现有的经营状况,同时借鉴国外融资租赁业的发展经验,对XX租赁有限公司进行战略分析,通过对内外部环境的PESTLE和SWOT分析、市场与产品定位以及公司发展目标的分析,从公司层面、业务层面和职能层面找到适合XX租赁有限公司的发展战略——横向一体化战略、差异化战略和战略支持型战略,最后指出XX租赁有限公司战略实施的步骤以及为保障战略的实施在行业宏观层面、企业并购层面和企业管理层面其应采取的措施。
[Abstract]:Financial leasing is a new financial instrument, originated in America in 1950s. American leasing company was established in 1952, which marked the beginning of financial leasing. Financing lease is one of the five financial forms, which is parallel with bank credit, direct financing, trust and insurance, and has developed into the third largest financing method after capital market and bank credit in the world. In general, China's financing leasing industry has gone through the following four stages of development, namely, the initial period of high-speed growth (1981-1987), the stage of market transformation and tortuous development (1988-1998), the period of legal construction (1999-2003). In the 1980s, China began to introduce financial leasing business. On March 24, 2004, the National people's Congress started the legislative process of financial leasing law. 1. After December 10, 2004, the financial leasing of wholly foreign-owned enterprises was formally opened to foreign countries, and the Ministry of Commerce began to examine and approve wholly foreign-owned financial leasing companies. After changing the existing situation in which only Sino-foreign joint ventures were allowed, domestic financial leasing companies began to choose some pilot enterprises. In 2007, the financial sector began to develop in the direction of "institutional diversification and diversification of financial business." Financial leasing companies began to recover gradually. Especially since 2009, China's entire financing leasing industry has entered an unprecedented period of rapid development. By 2013, China has 1026 financial leasing enterprises, the registered capital of the whole industry is about 306 billion yuan, and the scale of financial leasing assets of the whole industry exceeds 3 trillion. The development prospect of financing lease industry in China is broad. However, the financing leasing industry in China is still in its infancy, and how to develop the finance leasing industry is still a problem to be discussed and a major issue facing our country at present. Subsidiary C, subsidiary D, subsidiary E and other subsidiaries have full financial leasing licences covering financial leasing regulated by the CBRC and domestic and foreign leasing approved by the Ministry of Commerce. The business scope covers infrastructure, large equipment, aircraft, Ships and many other fields. As an important member of the industry, it plays a leading role in the industry and has an important influence on the development of the industry. Therefore, the development of XX Leasing Co., Ltd is systematically studied. It is of great significance to promote the development of the company and even the progress of the industry. Based on the recognition of this importance, this paper studies the development strategy of XX Leasing Co., Ltd. under the title of "Research on the Development Strategy of XX Leasing Co., Ltd." This paper is based on the current situation of financing leasing industry in China and the current operating situation of XX Lease Co., Ltd., at the same time, using the experience of foreign financing leasing industry for reference, this paper makes a strategic analysis of XX Lease Co., Ltd. Through the PESTLE and SWOT analysis of internal and external environment, the market and product positioning and the analysis of the company's development goal, we can find out the development strategy of XX Leasing Co., Ltd from the company level, the business level and the function level, which is suitable for the development strategy of XX Leasing Co., Ltd. Finally, the paper points out the steps of implementing the strategy of XX Leasing Co., Ltd., and the measures to be taken in order to ensure the implementation of the strategy at the macro level of industry, the level of enterprise merger and acquisition and the level of enterprise management.
