上市公司信息披露网络化的法律应对
[Abstract]:Information disclosure of listed companies is related to the interests of many parties, and there are many unsolved problems in practice. Under the background of Internet informatization, the network of information disclosure of listed companies has brought some positive effects as well as more negative effects. Based on the analysis of the legal connotation of the information disclosure network of listed companies and the shortcomings of the existing laws, the author thinks that the internal and external supervision mechanism can be improved by speeding up the construction of the system norms. Strengthening the multiple ways such as multiple electronic supervision and establishing the mechanism of investigating the responsibility of supervision and strengthening the legal response will help to promote the positive development of the information disclosure network of listed companies.
