近现代中国国库制度的变迁与历史经验

【摘要】：1905年清政府设立户部银行,办理国库业务,拉开了建立现代国库制度的帷幕,开始了八十多年代理制国库的发展,历经北洋政府时期复式国库制度的尝试,国民政府时期国库分工制衡思想的萌芽,革命根据地时期国库制度的探索,新中国计划经济时期国库工作的发展,二十世纪八十年代我国国库制度过渡到了经理制的发展阶段。近现代我国国库制度的发展历程,为当前及未来一段时期国库制度改革和发展提供了诸多有益的历史经验与借鉴。
[Abstract]:In 1905, the Qing government set up the household bank, handled the treasury business, opened the curtain of establishing the modern treasury system, began the development of the agency treasury system for more than 80 years, and went through the attempt of the dual treasury system during the period of the Beiyang government. During the period of the national government, the development of the treasury system in the revolutionary base area period, the development of the treasury work in the planned economy period of the new China, and the transition of the treasury system of our country to the development stage of the management system in the 1980s. The development of the treasury system in modern China has provided many useful historical experiences and lessons for the reform and development of the treasury system at present and in the future.
