商业银行社会责任风险的分析及应对

【摘要】：社会责任已成为与资本、技术和人才同样重要的竞争要素。近年来,商业银行如何落实科学发展观,促进经济、社会、环境的和谐发展是社会各界探讨和研究的热点。履行社会责任是提升银行竞争力的重要途径,忽视社会责任问题或社会责任履行及管理不当,可能使银行陷入困境。本文分析和研究了商业银行履行和管理社会责任的现状、面临的主要风险,并有针对性地给出应对措施,期望能够为商业银行的管理创新和可持续发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Social responsibility has become as important a competitive factor as capital, technology and talent. In recent years, commercial banks how to implement the scientific concept of development and promote the harmonious development of economy, society and environment is the hot spot of social discussion and research. Fulfilling social responsibility is an important way to enhance the competitiveness of banks. Neglecting the problem of social responsibility or improper performance and management of social responsibility may lead banks into difficulties. This paper analyzes and studies the present situation of commercial banks' social responsibility, the main risks they face, and puts forward the corresponding measures in order to provide reference for the management innovation and sustainable development of commercial banks.
