华泰证券资产管理业务发展策略研究

【摘要】:随着人们生活水平的日益提高,财富积累日益集中,人们对于投资理财的需求也日益强烈,证券公司资产管理业务正是为了满足人们的投资理财需求而逐步发展起来。证券公司资产管理业务的市场竞争越来越激烈,在如此复杂的市场环境中即孕育着发展的机遇,也面临着各种严峻的挑战。相对于传统业务而言,资产管理业务将是证券公司未来创新业务发展的主要方向。 本文拟从国内资产管理行业现状分析出发,结合华泰证券公司资产管理业务产品开发现状、盈利现状和渠道现状,在此基础上运用一些科学的分析方法去发现问题,并针对问题找到有效的解决措施,因此,本选题不仅具有较强的理论与现实意义,而且对其他券商发展资产管理业务也提供了很好的借鉴意义。本文的主要内容有: 在证券公司资产管理业务综述部分,介绍券商资产管理业务的涵义、业务类型、特点、以及现阶段我国证券公司资产管理业务发展现状。并通过比较信托、银行、保险、基金等国内其他理财产品的特点、规模及运作制度来反应券商资产管理业务的发展前景与限制。 在华泰证券公司资产管理业务现状部分,主要阐述了华泰证券公司资产管理业务的发展现状,表现为资产管理业务产品增长迅猛、渠道横向化发展和盈利能力不俗的特点。 在华泰证券公司资产管理业务SWOT分析部分,通过构建SWOT矩阵模型,对华泰证券公司开展资管业务的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战进行了分析,并选择了华泰证券公司资产管理业务的最优策略是采用SO战略,即主要依靠金融创新大环境下给予的机遇,充分利用自身优势,促进资管业务的发展。 在华泰证券公司进一步发展资产管理业务的策略与实施方案部分,总结华泰证券公司进一步发展资管业务的主要策略,涵盖市场竞争策略、风险防范策略、信息技术策略和战略合作策略,并从产品创新、信息系统搭建、营销渠道整合、预警机制建立以及人才储备五个方面提出了相应的实施方案。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standards and the increasing concentration of wealth accumulation, the demand for investment and financial management is becoming stronger and stronger. The asset management business of securities companies is gradually developed to meet the needs of people's investment and financial management. The market competition of asset management business of securities companies is becoming more and more fierce. In such a complex market environment, it is pregnant with the opportunity of development, but also facing a variety of severe challenges. Compared with the traditional business, asset management business will be the main direction of the future innovation business development of securities companies. Based on the analysis of the present situation of domestic asset management industry, combined with the present situation of product development, profit and channel of asset management business of Huatai Securities Company, this paper uses some scientific analysis methods to find out the problems. And find effective solutions to the problem, therefore, this topic not only has a strong theoretical and practical significance, but also provides a good reference for other securities firms to develop asset management business. The main contents of this paper are as follows: in the part of summarizing the asset management business of securities companies, this paper introduces the meaning, business types and characteristics of asset management business of securities companies, as well as the present situation of the development of asset management business of securities companies in China. By comparing the characteristics, scale and operation system of other domestic wealth management products, such as trust, bank, insurance, fund and so on, the development prospect and limitation of asset management business of securities firms are reflected. In the part of asset management business of Huatai Securities Company, this paper mainly expounds the development status of asset management business of Huatai Securities Company, which is characterized by the rapid growth of asset management business products, the horizontal development of channels and the good profitability of Huatai Securities Company. In the part of SWOT analysis of asset management business of Huatai Securities Company, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of carrying out capital management business of Huatai Securities Company are analyzed by constructing SWOT matrix model. The optimal strategy of asset management business of Huatai Securities Company is to adopt SO strategy, that is, to make full use of its own advantages and promote the development of capital management business by relying mainly on the opportunities given by the financial innovation environment. In the part of strategy and implementation scheme of further developing asset management business of Huatai Securities Company, this paper summarizes the main strategies of further developing capital management business of Huatai Securities Company, including market competition strategy and risk prevention strategy. The information technology strategy and strategic cooperation strategy are put forward from five aspects: product innovation, information system construction, marketing channel integration, early warning mechanism establishment and talent reserve.
