中国产业金融的发展思路及对策研究

【摘要】：产业金融是在金融一体化的过程中出现地依托并能够有效促进特定产业发展的金融活动总称，是促进金融发展和金融自由化的重要途径。二十一世纪以来，中国开始大规模地参与产业金融领域，不仅有效地提高了我国的金融深化程度，还加快了中国产业结构的调整。但是，，发展地同时也暴露出一系列缺点和不足，目前中国产业金融发展存在困境，大型企业资本富余，中小企业融资困难，在具体操作中存在很多问题，这些都大大压缩了我国产业金融的成长空间，我国的产业金融发展之路依然有很长的距离要走。本文通过分析我国产业金融发展中存在的问题，总结国外产业金融的发展经验，结合中国当前产业金融的发展状况，探讨适合我国产业金融的发展思路。本文由五部分构成，第一部分为绪论，简述了本篇论文的研究背景与意义，并对国内外相关文献作出综述，指出研究的创新和不足之处；第二部分介绍产业金融的定义、分类，产业金融与传统金融、产业政策的关系，论述其存在的必要性及发展的条件；第三部分论述中国产业金融的发展过程、现状及存在的问题；第四部分介绍国外产业金融的发展经验；第五部分论述中国产业金融的发展思路及对加快中国产业金融的发展提出对策建议。
[Abstract]:Industrial finance is a general name for financial activities that rely on and can effectively promote the development of specific industries in the process of financial integration. It is an important way to promote financial development and financial liberalization. Since the 21 century, China has begun to participate in the field of industrial finance on a large scale, which has not only effectively improved the degree of financial deepening in China, but also accelerated the adjustment of China's industrial structure. However, at the same time, a series of shortcomings and shortcomings have been exposed. At present, there are difficulties in the development of industrial finance in China, the capital surplus of large enterprises, the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, and there are many problems in the concrete operation, which greatly reduce the growth space of industrial finance in our country, and the road of industrial finance development in our country still has a long distance to go. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the development of industrial finance in China, this paper summarizes the development experience of industrial finance in foreign countries, and probes into the development ideas suitable for the development of industrial finance in China in the light of the current development situation of industrial finance in China. This paper consists of five parts, the first part is the introduction, which briefly describes the research background and significance of this paper, and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad, pointing out the innovation and shortcomings of the research. The second part introduces the definition and classification of industrial finance, the relationship between industrial finance and traditional finance, industrial policy, discusses the necessity of its existence and the conditions of development. The third part discusses the development process, present situation and existing problems of China's industrial finance; the fourth part introduces the development experience of foreign industrial finance; the fifth part discusses the development ideas of China's industrial finance and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to speed up the development of China's industrial finance.
