【摘要】：近年来,随着电子商务经济的爆发式增长,物流也得到一定程度的发展,但其“瓶颈”问题仍然比较突出。由于物流产业在电子商务经济过程中的重要作用,物流在电子商务行业中成为备受关注的重要问题。不少地区将电子商务及电子商务物流的发展作为新的经济增长点,电子商务和物流协同发展已经成为了各级政府规划和发展的重点之一,政府开始研究如何促进地区电子商务和物流的快速增长。根据目前的电子商务模式,大致可以分为面向终端消费者的网络零售和企业间的电子商务。据统计,网络零售交易额占电子商务交易额的20%,但是网络零售交易额在2006-2014年间的年均增长速度达到80%,远远高于电子商务交易额年均30%的增长速度。在实际中,企业间的电子商务物流与传统贸易方式的物流区别不是很大,已经发展的较为健全,而网络零售物流表现出来的问题更加突出。因此,网络零售物流如何匹配网络零售的发展已经成为亟待解决的问题。首先,本文概述了网络零售的概念,分析了国内网络零售发展现状,梳理了网络零售物流的一般过程,总结了网络零售物流的特点,并对国内网络零售物流的发展现状和问题进行了分析总结。其次,从适应网络零售物流的特点、满足网络零售物流的需求增长和解决网络零售物流存在的问题三个角度阐明了重庆市发展网络零售一体化物流的现实需求。然后,从监管层、运作层和支撑层三个层次构建了重庆市网络零售一体化物流结构,并研究了重庆市网络零售一体化物流运作模式、物流网络、功能、规模四个方面。最后,为保障重庆市网络零售一体化物流的发展,从政府的角度提出实施措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the explosive growth of e-commerce economy, logistics has been developed to a certain extent, but its "bottleneck" problem is still more prominent, because of the important role of logistics industry in the process of e-commerce economy. Logistics in the e-commerce industry has become an important issue of concern. Many regions take the development of e-commerce and e-commerce logistics as a new economic growth point. E-commerce and logistics coordinated development has become one of the focal points of government planning and development at all levels. The government began to study how to promote the rapid growth of regional e-commerce and logistics. According to the current e-commerce model. It can be roughly divided into online retail for end-consumers and e-commerce among enterprises. According to statistics, the amount of online retail transactions accounts for 20% of e-commerce transactions. But online retail sales grew at an average annual rate of 80% between 2006 and 2014, far higher than the 30% per year increase in e-commerce transactions. In practice. Combing the general process of network retail logistics, summed up the characteristics of network retail logistics, and domestic network retail logistics development status and problems are analyzed and summarized. Secondly, from the characteristics of adapting to network retail logistics. To meet the demand growth of network retail logistics and to solve the problems of network retail logistics, this paper expounds the realistic demand of Chongqing to develop integrated logistics of network retail from three angles. Then, from the supervision level. Three levels of operation layer and support layer of Chongqing network retail integrated logistics structure, and the study of Chongqing network retail logistics operation model, logistics network, function, scale four aspects. In order to ensure the development of integrated logistics of network retailing in Chongqing, this paper puts forward some implementing measures from the angle of government.
