【摘要】：伴随着人类经济文明的快速发展,主题公园得以兴起并快速发展。目前国内主题公园的建设与运营状况各不相同。本文从主题公园主题建设与内部商业建设并重的角度出发,对主题公园的主题策划与商业策划进行了分析。本文在总结主题公园应用现状的基础上,提炼出主题公园的特点、经济特性及对地区经济的影响。围绕主题公园的策划展开分析,阐述了主题公园的策划目的和原则,主题公园内的景点空间布置、交通策划。综合分析了组成主题公园要素的建筑物、水景、堆山、标志物、绿化。对主题公园内部商业加以分析。提出主题公园商业开发的关键构成要素:主题公园坐落空间分布关系、市场辐射距离、主题公园规模。从公园区位分析、周边商业分析、商业价值分析几个角度对主题公园商业分析进行了总结。针对西安某主题公园进行了主题策划分析和商业策划分析。为类似主题公园的建设提供了可借鉴的经验。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and human civilization, the theme park to rise and rapid development. At present the construction and operation situation of the domestic theme park is different. This paper from the theme of theme park construction and commercial construction and internal point of view, on the theme park theme planning and business planning are analyzed. Based on the summary of the theme park the application of the present situation, summarizes characteristics of the theme park, the economic characteristics and the impact on the regional economy. From the analysis of the theme park park location, the surrounding business analysis, business value analysis of several aspects has carried on the summary to the theme park business analysis in Xi'an. A theme park of theme planning analysis and business planning analysis. It can provide the experience for the construction of similar theme park.
