【摘要】:国际化问题是国际商务的核心问题之一。阿里巴巴集团作为国内电商巨头,从创立时的小民营企业,成长到如今的国内电商巨鳄,又在2014年9月成功在美上市,阿里巴巴成功进军国际市场得益于其在国际化过程中的不断的创新与改革,其成功的原因值得中国的电商企业借鉴吸收。本研究以创新理论与企业国际化理论为基础,从企业创新入手,深入探究阿里巴巴国际化中创新所发挥的推动力作用,对于国内民营电商企业积极发挥创新力,从不同方面进行创新推进企业进一步国际化具有重要的指导意义。本研究以阿里巴巴在美上市为切入点,结合传统创新与国际化理论研究,对阿里巴巴国际化的环境进行了内外两方面的分析,之后将其国际化分为四个阶段具体论述,即从第一阶段在国内的准备阶段,到创新商业模式,积累国际化经验,再到实施海外并购,提高海外知名度,最后上升为创建一个跨及全球的电商生态圈。通过对阿里巴巴国际化阶段的分析,指出阿里国际化中创新思维不断演变。而阿里巴巴国际化的主要推动力就在于其在国际化中不断进行的创新与改变。论文重点对阿里巴巴国际化中的四点创新即企业文化、产品技术、股权制度和国际化战略进行了分析,分别探究这四方面创新对阿里巴巴国际化的具体推动作用,并在论文的最后为国内电商企业的国际化发展提出四点具有指导性的意见。
[Abstract]:International business is one of the core issues of international business. Alibaba Group as a domestic e-commerce giant, from the establishment of small private enterprises, to the current domestic e-commerce giant. In September 2014, Alibaba successfully listed in the United States, Alibaba successfully entered the international market thanks to its continuous innovation and reform in the process of internationalization. The reasons for its success are worthy of Chinese e-commerce enterprises to learn from the absorption. This study is based on innovation theory and enterprise internationalization theory, starting with enterprise innovation. Deeply explore the role of innovation in Alibaba's internationalization, for the domestic private e-commerce enterprises to play an active role in innovation. Innovation from different aspects to promote the further internationalization of enterprises has important guiding significance. This study is based on Alibaba listing in the United States as a starting point, combined with the traditional innovation and internationalization theory research. This paper analyzes the environment of Alibaba's internationalization in both internal and external aspects, and then divides its internationalization into four stages: from the first stage in the domestic preparation stage to the innovative business model. To accumulate international experience, to implement overseas mergers and acquisitions, to enhance overseas visibility, and finally to create a cross-global ecommerce ecosystem. Through the analysis of Alibaba's internationalization stage. It is pointed out that the innovation thinking in Ali's internationalization is constantly evolving, and the main driving force of Alibaba's internationalization lies in its constant innovation and change in internationalization. This paper focuses on the four innovations in Alibaba's internationalization. Corporate culture. Product technology, equity system and internationalization strategy are analyzed to explore the specific role of these four aspects of innovation in Alibaba's internationalization. At the end of the paper, four guiding suggestions are put forward for the internationalization development of domestic e-commerce enterprises.
