【摘要】:管理的目的是提高企业效益。商业环境的变化,给企业管理提出了更高要求。没有测量,就没有管理。要做好企业管理,就要找到一种测量工具,来揭示影响企业绩效的因素,从而能够有的放矢地寻找巩固、提高改善企业绩效的机会。一直以来,如果谈到研究企业绩效影响因素,那么员工敬业度研究室其中非常热门的话题,经过许多学者研究发现,员工敬业度与企业绩效有非常紧密的联系,高度敬业的员工能够帮助企业提升组织生产力、顾客满意度、提高企业利润、减少员工流失和企业风险。员工敬业度调查是衡量员工敬业度水平的测量工具,它以员工敬业度为切入点,分析敬业水平及影响因素,衡量企业管理健康状况。国内外有很多关于员工敬业度问题的研究,但很少有学者针对广告公司进行较深入地研究。本文将以广告公司为研究对象,针对广告公司,测量员工的敬业度水平及特征,并分析员工敬业度的高低及其影响因素,归纳及探讨原因,更好地理解和把握广告公司员工敬业度的影响因素,从而寻找到提升企业绩效的领域,更有针对性地制定员工敬业度提升策略。
[Abstract]:The purpose of management is to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. The change of business environment, put forward higher requirements for enterprise management. No measurement, no management. To do a good job of enterprise management, it is necessary to find a measurement tool to reveal the influencing factors of enterprise performance, which can be targeted to seek consolidation, improve enterprise performance opportunities has been, if it comes to study the factors affecting enterprise performance, then the room of employee engagement among the very hot topic, many scholars have found that there are very close ties between employee engagement and enterprise performance, highly dedicated staff to help enterprises to enhance the productivity, customer satisfaction, increase profits, reduce staff turnover and enterprise risk. Employee engagement survey is the measurement tool to measure the level of employee engagement, with employee engagement as a starting point, analysis to industry level and influence Management factors, health status measure enterprises. There are a lot of employee engagement problem research at home and abroad, but few scholars have made a thorough research on the advertising company. This will be the advertising company as the research object, according to the advertising company, employee engagement level and feature measurement, and analyze the level of employee engagement and its influence factors the induction, and investigate the reasons, to better understand and grasp the influence factors of advertising company employee engagement, which seeks to enhance the performance of the enterprise, develop more targeted strategies to enhance employee engagement.
