【摘要】：农业作为国民经济的基础,关系到人民的切身利益、社会的安定和整个国民经济的稳定发展。我国是一个农业大国,农产品的价格稳定以及农民收入的提高是我国现阶段急需解决的问题。期货市场是市场经济的重要组成部分,是市场经济发展的必然产物,在国民经济发展中起到了重要的作用,在完善我国市场经济体系形成商业信用机制促进商品流通方面发挥着特殊的作用。期货市场具有两大最重要经济功能:现货经营风险的规避和合理价格的发现。同时,期货市场还具有提高农户资信水平、协助调整种植结构、提高产业标准化水平、提高农户组织化程度等其他重要作用。因此,农户对期货市场这一风险规避工具的有效利用能够在稳定农民收入、保障农业健康协调发展方面发挥巨大作用,农户对期货市场的参与程度对期货市场功能的发挥具有重要意义。我国目前农户资金不足期货知识不具备和自身生产规模较小的情况下,农户直接参与期货市场比较困难,农户可以通过中介组织间接参与期货市场。通过与中介组织合作,农户一方面得到了中介组织的生产技术支持,可以有效规避生产的自然风险。另一方面,农户通过期货市场的价格发现和套期保值功能规避市场价格波动产生的市场风险。而农户与中介组织的利益分配的合理性会直接影响到农户参与期货市场的积极性。本文的写作目的就是通过建立模型为合作组织中农户与中介组织的利益分配寻找合理的利益分配机制,并提出相应的完善利益分配机制的政策建议。本文借鉴了国内外相关的文献,其中用到了相关的利益分配理论、利益分配机制、合作博弈理论及激励理论。接着从农户与中介组织之间的利益关系入手,阐述二者利益关系特征,协同合作的动因,利益冲突的客观性及利益均衡的必要性。文章在股权制和契约制两种机制下分别建立模型通过分析计算农户与中介组织的收益情况探寻合理利益分配的方式。本文在模型中构造农户与中介组织的生产函数与成本函数,把农户与中中介组织自身收益最大化的点作为最终的均衡点。在分析契约制下的利益分配中应用了Shapley值法,并分析保证金数额应该如何设置及政府的扶助农民的政策对利益分配的影响效果。在分析得出影响农户与中介组织利益分配的影响因素包括内部因素与外部因素,而内部因素主要包括农户与中介组织的投入及风险承担,外部因素主要包括市场因素、自然因素及政策因素。最终得出完善利益分配机制的政策性建议。包括完善合作组织的组成结构,发挥中介组织的带头作用和功能;多种利益联结机制同时并存、共同发展;努力完善农业合作经济组织的利益联结机制;政府对合作组织的适当支持;明确农户与中介组织的生产投入、成本及风险承担等利益分配因子;推进科学技术创新在合作组织中的运用。

The purpose of this article is to establish model to find a reasonable profit distribution mechanism for the distribution of benefits of farmers and intermediary organization cooperation organization, and put forward the perfect allocation mechanism of the interests of the relevant policy suggestions. This paper draws on the relevant literature at home and abroad, including the use of the interest distribution theory, interest distribution mechanism, cooperation the game theory and incentive theory. Then from the farmers and intermediary organizations in the interests of the two interests relationship, cooperation motivation, objectivity of conflict of interest and the necessity of balance of interests. The paper set up models in the ownership system and contract system under the two mechanisms through the analysis and calculation of income of farmer and intermediary organizations to explore the reasonable distribution of interests. The production function and cost function is constructed in the model of farmers and intermediary organizations, the farmers and the intermediary group The fabric maximize its profits as the final equilibrium. In the analysis of the distribution of benefits under the contract system in the application of the Shapley method, and the analysis of the amount of margin should be how to set up the support of the government and farmers policy impact on the distribution of benefits in effect. Analysis influence factors of farmers and intermediary organizations including the internal distribution of benefits and external factors, internal factors mainly include the investment and risk of farmers and intermediary organizations assume that external factors include market factors, natural factors and policy factors.
