【摘要】：由于我国老龄人口的快速增长,导致养老服务市场需求旺盛。但是与之相对应的当前养老服务有效供给相对不足迫切需要加强。如今,以互联网+为推动力的智能养老模式,将移动互联网、物联网、云计算、大数据、现代空间技术、智能感知、移动医疗、无线支付等现代互联网技术和养老服务相结合,对其进行互联网+服务模式再造,提升养老服务质量和老年人对养老服务的体验水平,正在成为养老服务产业的热点,很多相关企业己在该领域布局。论文以青岛新兴的DYYJ公司作为研究对象,通过分析其发展的历程和遇到的问题,探究其发展互联网+智能养老业务的战略出发点,进而衍生产业思考和战略方法。论文从DYYJ公司全方位的整合养老产业资源建立全新的互联网+智能养老产业发展模式入手,围绕着公司的产业模式和行业现状展开,使用战略的理论和方法对DYYJ公司及其互联网+智能养老产业进行挖掘和分析,最终根据分析结论对DYYJ公司互联网+智能养老业务进行市场定位和战略布局。对DYYJ公司内部的各项资源、优势和能力等进行了梳理和分析,用PEST方法对智能养老产业的外部环境进行了分析,用波特五力模型对智能养老行业的竞争情况进行了分析,采用SWOT分析方法对企业的战略环境进行了综合评价,最后为DYYJ公司互联网+智能养老业务发展提出了战略发展思路,并列出了为保障该战略顺利实施的各项措施。
[Abstract]:Due to the rapid growth of China's aging population, pension services lead to market demand. But the corresponding current pension services effectively is an urgent need to strengthen the relative lack of supply. Now, with Internet plus smart pension model driven, mobile Internet, networking, cloud computing, big data, modern space technology, intelligent perception. Mobile medical, wireless payment and other modern Internet technology and pension services combined, the reconstruction of Internet plus service mode, improve service quality and level of experience of old-age pension services for the elderly, it has become a hot spot in service industry, many enterprises have been in the field layout. This thesis takes Qingdao DYYJ company as emerging the object of study, through the analysis of the development process and problems, explore the development of Internet plus smart pension business strategic starting point, then the derivatives industry thinking And the strategic method. From the DYYJ company a full range of integrated pension industry resources to build up the development model of Internet plus smart pension industry new start, around the current situation of the company's industry and industry, mining and analysis of the theories and methods of using the strategy of DYYJ company and its Internet plus smart pension industry, finally according to the conclusions of the analysis of market the positioning and strategic layout of DYYJ company Internet plus smart pension business. The resources of DYYJ company, advantage and ability were sorted and analyzed, the intelligent pension industry external environment by PEST method was analyzed, the competition situation of smart pension industry with the Potter five forces model analysis, using SWOT analysis method the strategic environment of the company conducted a comprehensive evaluation, put forward the strategic development ideas finally Internet plus smart pension business development company DYYJ, The measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy are listed.
