【摘要】：互联网金融已成为当下全球经济发展的新动力,是经济转型、产业结构调整的代表性行业。越来越多的人力资源和资本开始投入到互联网金融的蓝海之中,对我国经济增长的贡献也越来越大,对互联网金融行业的成长历程研究很有必要。东方财富信息股份有限公司(以下简称“东方财富”)作为互联网金融行业的龙头企业,具有很强的代表性,东方财富信息股份有限公司最初是由5个自然人在2005年共同出资组建,原始注册资本仅有300万元,是一个名不见经传的小型财经资讯类公司。到2006年,公司营业收入只有411万元。但经过十年的快速成长,截止2015年6月,已发展成为营收15.7亿,市值1000多亿的互联网金融龙头企业,其运营的“东方财富网”己成为我国访问量最大的互联网财经信息平台,在全球财经类网站也是独占鳌头,其旗下的天天基金网也是我国访问量最大的基金门户网站。在竞争异常激烈的互联网行业中,东方财富信息股份有限公司能够历经风雨,在众多竞争对手中脱颖而出,逐渐成长为屹立于行业之巅的巨头,必定有规律可循。本文选取东方财富作为案例研究对象,在明确研究背景、意义、内容和方法的基础上,首先对东方财富的运营情况、成长背景、行业环境、主营业务进行介绍,然后重点论述东方财富快速成长过程中的重大事件,其次对东方财富的成长过程进行分析,总结出东方财富的成功经验以及存在的问题,并提出完善建议,最后根据分析得出东方财富得以快速成长的核心因素以及本人在整个研究过程得到的启示。
[Abstract]:Internet finance has become a new driving force of global economic development and a representative industry of economic transformation and industrial structure adjustment. More and more human resources and capital have begun to invest in the blue sea of Internet finance. The contribution to China's economic growth is also increasing. It is necessary to study the growth course of the Internet financial industry. Oriental Wealth Information Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Oriental Wealth") is the leading enterprise in the Internet financial industry, which has strong representativeness. Oriental Wealth Information Co., Ltd. was initially set up by five natural persons in 2005, the original registered capital is only 3 million yuan. Is a little-known small financial information company. 2006, the company's operating income is only 4.11 million yuan. But after 10 years of rapid growth, as of June 2015. Has developed into a revenue of more than 1.57 billion, market value more than 100 billion Internet financial leading enterprises, its operation of "Oriental Wealth Network" has become the most visited Internet financial information platform. In the global financial and economic websites are also the top, its daily fund network is also the most visited fund portal in China. In the fierce competition in the Internet industry. Oriental Wealth Information Co., Ltd. can go through the wind and rain, stand out among many competitors, and gradually grow into a giant standing at the top of the industry. This paper selects Oriental Wealth as the case study object, on the basis of clear research background, significance, content and method, first of all, the operation of Oriental Wealth, growth background, industry environment. The main business of the introduction, and then focus on the rapid growth of Oriental wealth in the process of major events, followed by an analysis of the growth process of Oriental Wealth, summed up the successful experience of Oriental Wealth and the existing problems. Finally, according to the analysis, the core factors of the rapid growth of Oriental wealth and the enlightenment I got in the whole research process are put forward.
