【摘要】:电子商务与供应链管理之间是一种相辅相成的发展关系,电子商务可以增强供应链管理模式的发展,为机电企业的可持续战略发展提供支持,供应链管理模式则可以改善电子商务的发展战略与空间,加快电子商务的内部改革创新。电子商务与供应链管理的整合代表制造业的一次重大改革。然而,改革毕竟刚刚开始,面对的问题很多也很复杂。本文想通过上海爱姆意公司为案例进行系统的研究,以期为上海爱姆意公司供应链管理创新的转型提供理论依据;通过文献、案例研究法对全文进行深入性的多层次分析,从根本上揭示了上海爱姆意公司供应链管理中存在的主要问题,并以此为根本提出相应的解决对策。从一个侧面更清晰地认识上海爱姆意公司供应链管理创新策略未来的发展变化。最终结合公司自身情况及所面临的内外部环境,对公司的发展战略进行明确定位,确定公司今后的发展目标。同时,通过上海爱姆意公司针对供应链管理的研究,提出企业供应链管理模式成为了企业未来发展中必不可少的部分的问题,为其他公司实现转型提供了良好的示范。爱姆意公司在电子商务的转型过程中,各个部门之间的联系越来越紧密,因此公司内部员工也逐渐认可了这种管理模式。与此同时,上海爱姆意公司在经营体制上进行了改革,不断的调整企业愿景与经营战略,使其成为长久的可持续战略发展目标,而爱姆意公司也在认清楚自身发展的前提下制定适合企业发展的战略。爱姆意公司战略模式的转型扭转了公司当前的发展模式,也减小了爱姆意公司向平台型B2B电子商务模式转型时的阻力。
[Abstract]:E-commerce and supply chain management is a complementary development relationship. E-commerce can enhance the development of supply chain management model and provide support for the sustainable strategic development of mechanical and electrical enterprises. Supply chain management model can improve the development strategy and space of e-commerce, accelerate the internal reform and innovation of e-commerce. The integration of e-commerce and supply chain management represents a major reform in manufacturing. After all, the reform has just begun, many of the problems are also very complex. In order to provide the theoretical basis for the transformation of supply chain management innovation of Shanghai Emoy Company; Through the literature, the case study method to carry on the thorough multi-level analysis to the full text, from the root has revealed the main question in the Shanghai Emoy Company's supply chain management. Based on this, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. A clearer understanding of the future development and change of supply chain management innovation strategy of Shanghai Emoy Company is made. Finally, combined with the company's own situation and the internal and external environment faced by the company, the future development of the innovation strategy of supply chain management is more clearly understood. Circumstances. The development strategy of the company is clearly positioned to determine the company's future development goals. At the same time, through the Shanghai Emoy Company for supply chain management research. Put forward the enterprise supply chain management model has become an essential part of the future development of enterprises, and provide a good example for other companies to achieve transformation. The relationship between the various departments is getting closer and closer, so the internal staff of the company also gradually recognized the management model.
