酒店领导者社会责任取向对绿色管理行为的影响研究

【摘要】：作为第三产业,酒店行业的绿色管理现状存在着很多问题。酒店在制造经济价值的同时,也给自然带来了一次性污染废弃物的排放、珍贵食材的采购、大量非节电节能设施使用带来的极大的能量浪费等极为负面的问题。酒店领导者须承担起社会责任,追求经济利益的同时兼顾环境效益。然而一些酒店领导者仅仅将其绿色管理行为展现在企业绿色环保形象宣传与营销推广实践上,而且日常的经营与管理中,酒店领导者往往认为绿色管理会给酒店增加成本、降低酒店的收益,并未真正去履行和落实绿色管理方面的承诺与措施。文章在相关理论基础、国内外研究综述、国内酒店绿色管理的现实背景下,运用问卷调查、统计分析等多种手段,对酒店领导者社会责任取向对绿色管理行为的影响展开了实证研究,以数据和事实督促酒店领导者真正地履行和承担相应的社会责任,并得出以下结论:(一)领导者企业社会责任取向的四个维度对绿色管理行为均有显著正向影响,影响程度依次为经济责任取向、法律责任取向、慈善责任取向、道德责任取向;(二)通过对绿色管理行为进行因子分析,提取了三个公因子,在绿色生产、绿色沟通和绿色营销三个方面得到解释。从模型回归分析中,可以看出,绿色营销的问题项虽然少于绿色生产与绿色沟通,但系数值为0.435,远远高于另外两个因素,也证实了酒店绿色营销重于内部管理。最后文章针对四个维度方面的绿色管理分别提出了相应的建议。
[Abstract]:As the third industry, the status quo of green management of the hotel industry has a lot of problems in the manufacturing economy. The hotel value at the same time, also brought pollution to natural disposable waste emissions, purchase a large number of non precious ingredients, great waste of energy saving energy saving facilities used to bring extremely negative problems. Hotel leaders must undertake the social the responsibility, the pursuit of economic interests while taking into account the environmental benefits. However some hotel leaders only the green management behavior show publicity in the green enterprise image and marketing practice, and management and daily management, hotel leaders tend to think that green management will increase the cost to the Hotel, the hotel did not really reduce revenue, and to perform the implementation of commitments and measures of green management. Based on the related theories at home and abroad, the domestic hotel green management Under the realistic background, using questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and other methods, the empirical study on the impact of the hotel leader in social responsibility orientation of green management behavior, with data and facts urge hotel leaders really carry out and take corresponding social responsibility, and draw the following conclusions: (a) the four dimensions of enterprise social responsibility orientation to have a significant positive effect of green management, degree of economic responsibility, legal responsibility orientation, charitable responsibility orientation, moral responsibility orientation; (two) through the factor analysis of green management, three common factors were extracted, in green production, explain three aspects of green communication and green marketing. From the analysis of regression model, we can see that the green marketing problems though less than the green production and green communication, but the value is 0.435, far higher than the other two factors It also confirms that the green marketing of the hotel is more important than the internal management. Finally, the article puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the green management of the four dimensions.
