【摘要】:企业发展关键是要具备一定的核心竞争力。不同的企业会选择不同的方式来打造和提升自身的核心竞争力,赢取市场从而提升企业盈利水平。有的企业是通过投入高水平的开发人力投入或者持续物力投入提升产品品质,提高生产效率,从而获得市场竞争优势。有的企业则会通过内部运作管理优化获得竞争优势。物流是与信息流和资金流并行的企业三大流之一,同时也是另两大流的基础。企业如果能建立起高效的物流管理系统意味着企业的信息流和资金流就也有了坚实的流动基础,企业的整体运营管理效率提升和增值都成为可以期待的目标。作为贸易公司的M公司面对的市场竞争压力逐年增加中,为了提升竞争优势,寻找更广阔的市场空间开始了转型之路,转型过程中投资建立BOD项目。该项目业务以个性化定制,小批量生产,多品种为特点,为了支持新项目的顺畅运作,需要设计一套具备实际操作性,能够为项目发展提供助力的物流管理方案。以此为契机,笔者在阅读大量物流管理相关的理论及学术研究基础上,以BOD项目的实际情况为调研分析基础,分别对BOD项目内销售物流、生产物流及采购物流模块内的具体物流管理需求进行了分析。从各个业务模块内分析和寻找确认出BOD项目的具体物流管理需求。针对这些管理需求,通过一个分析图确定出物流管理方案设计的目标和原则。以方案设计原则和目标为指导,分析设计出BOD项目物流管理的主体框架方案,并确定方案所要包含的仓储物流管理及生产物流管理两大细分模块。两大模块内分别进行了具体的业务流程设计以及现场布局管理设计,在仓储物流管理模块设计了ABC物料管理方案,生产物流管理模块内设计了以批生产计划为核心的物料需求计划方案。之后为了增强这一套物流管理方案体现其实际操作价值,在第5章对方案实施的执行要点进行了具体说明。这套以生产物流管理与仓储物流管理为重点的物流管理方案有望在BOD项目内进行具体实施并得到进一步的深入改善和优化调整。同时也希望这个方案及方案设计过程对同样具有“个性化定制”、“小批量生产”、“多品种”特点的企业,以及同样处于贸易向生产转型过程中的企业也提供参考和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Enterprise development is the key to have the core competitiveness to some extent. Different enterprises will choose different ways to build and enhance their core competitiveness, win the market in order to enhance the profitability of enterprises. Some enterprises through investment and high level development of human input or continuous material inputs to improve product quality, improve production efficiency, so as to obtain the market competition advantage. Some companies will gain a competitive advantage by optimizing the internal operation management. Logistics is parallel with one of the three major business flow information flow and capital flow, it is also the other two flow. If the enterprise can establish efficient logistics management system means that the enterprise information flow and capital flow also have a flow a solid foundation for the enterprise's overall management efficiency and enhance value-added have become can expect goals. As a trading company M company facing market competition The pressure has increased year by year, in order to enhance competitive advantage, seek a broader market space to start the transformation of the way, the establishment of BOD project investment in the transformation process. The project business to customization, small batch production, variety of characteristics, in order to support the smooth operation of the new project, design a set of practical needs, can with the development of logistics management scheme for power projects. Taking this opportunity, I read a lot of logistics management related theory and academic research foundation, according to the actual situation of BOD project based on the research and analysis of BOD project in sales logistics, logistics management needs specific production logistics and purchasing logistics module are analyzed. Find and identify specific logistics management requirements of BOD project from each business module analysis. According to the management requirements, through the analysis of a graph determined the logistics management plan design The goals and principles of accounting. To design principles and objectives as a guide, analysis and design of the main frame scheme of BOD project of logistics management, and determine the warehouse logistics management and production logistics management two subdivision module scheme to be included. The two modules in each specific business process design and site layout design management in the warehouse management module, the design of ABC material management system, production logistics management module in the design of material requirement planning scheme to batch production plan as the core. In order to enhance this set of logistics management plan reflects its practical value. The implementation of the scheme implementation of the fifth chapter in detail to this. Production logistics management and warehousing logistics management logistics management as the focus of the program is expected to be in the BOD project in the implementation and further improvement and optimization.
