GJ精工外贸资源整合战略研究

【摘要】:当今中国正在经历经济增长由高速向中高速换挡的转型期,中国已经进入了经济发展的“新常态”。不久的将来,会有很多效率低的企业被市场淘汰或者被强者兼并。磨料磨具行业作为“工业的牙齿”,也同中国工业一起正在面临经济结构调整的“阵痛期”。刚成立不久、还在起步阶段的GJ精工,迫切需要整合各方所属企业外贸资源,充分发挥协同作用,主动调整转变,来适应中国经济发展的新形势、增强市场竞争力,尽快成长为国内领先、国际知名的工磨具企业集团。本文首先分析了GJ精工外贸的外部环境,分别从“新常态”下的中国企业国际化经营、我国磨料磨具行业国际化经营和磨料磨具行业外贸市场这三个方面进行了分析;其次从产品技术资源和经营管理资源这两大方面分析了GJ精工的外贸资源现状,描述了GJ精工的产品状况和技术优势,以及GJ精工目前的客户资源、品牌和渠道资源、组织和人力资源的状况,并分别从产品技术方面和经营管理方面提出GJ精工当前存在的问题。在对GJ精工外贸外部环境和外贸资源现状分析的基础上,作者做出了GJ精工外贸资源整合的战略选择,明确了GJ精工外贸资源整合的指导思想、基本原则与整合目标,并分三个阶段规划了GJ精工外贸资源整合的阶段及任务;随后作者对GJ精工外贸资源整合的实施内容进行了进一步论述,依次从业务整合、平台建设、贸融结合与管理变革这四个方面进行了具体的规划,并在结论中概括了整合每个阶段的侧重点,指出要用坚定的信念,虚心、谨慎地面对外贸资源整合战略实施过程中遇到的困难和挑战。本文旨在通过实施外贸资源整合战略,使新组建的GJ精工实现“1+12”的效果乃至成功飞跃,帮助GJ精工实现企业发展的长远战略目标,对GJ精工的实际运作提供有效的参考作用,同时对其他外贸企业的国际化经营,也具有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:At present, China is experiencing a period of transition of economic growth from high speed to medium speed shift. China has entered the "new normal" of economic development in the near future. Many inefficient enterprises will be eliminated by the market or merged by the strong. As the "teeth of industry", the abrasive abrasive industry is also facing the "labor pain" period of economic restructuring along with the Chinese industry. It has just been established. GJ Seiko, which is still in its initial stage, urgently needs to integrate the foreign trade resources of the enterprises owned by all parties, give full play to the synergistic effect, and actively adjust and transform to adapt to the new situation of China's economic development and enhance its market competitiveness. This paper first analyzes the external environment of GJ Seiko's foreign trade, respectively from the "new normal" under the international management of Chinese enterprises. The international operation of the abrasive abrasive industry and the foreign trade market of the abrasive abrasive industry are analyzed in this paper. Secondly, this paper analyzes the current situation of GJ Seiko's foreign trade resources from the two aspects of product technical resources and management resources, describes the product status and technical advantages of GJ Seiko, as well as the current customer resources of GJ Seiko. Brand and channel resources, organizational and human resources status. And respectively from the product technology and management aspects of GJ Seiko current problems, on the basis of GJ Seiko foreign trade external environment and foreign trade resources on the basis of analysis. The author makes the strategic choice of the integration of foreign trade resources of GJ Seiko, and clarifies the guiding ideology, basic principles and integration objectives of the integration of foreign trade resources of GJ Seiko. And divided into three stages to plan the GJ Seiko foreign trade resources integration phase and task; Then the author further discusses the implementation of GJ Seiko foreign trade resources integration, from the business integration, platform construction, the integration of trade and finance and management reform of the four aspects of specific planning. And in the conclusion summarized the focus of each stage of integration, pointed out that we should use firm faith, modesty. Facing the difficulties and challenges encountered in the implementation of the foreign trade resources integration strategy, this paper aims at implementing the foreign trade resources integration strategy. Make the newly established GJ Seiko achieve the effect of "112" and even successfully leap forward, help GJ Seiko to realize the long-term strategic goal of enterprise development, and provide an effective reference for the actual operation of GJ Seiko. At the same time, the international operation of other foreign trade enterprises, also has certain reference significance.
