黑龙江省养老服务业人才队伍建设探析

【摘要】：人口老龄化是当今世界各国普遍存在的重大社会性问题,当前世界上的大部分发达国家都已经进入老龄化社会,我国也步入老龄化社会的行列,因而养老问题成为了我们所共同面临的问题。黑龙江省步入老龄化社会后,其程度不断提升,规模持续扩大,养老服务已成为亟待解决的问题。因而,如何加快培养养老服务业人才队伍,以应对人口老龄化问题所面临的首要问题。本文通过对养老人才的培养机制、准入制度以及培养制度等几个方面,对建立养老服务业人才队伍的建设进行探析,旨在培养一支素质优良的养老服务人才队伍,为加快黑龙江省的养老服务业的建设提供有效的人才支撑。
[Abstract]:Population aging is a major social problem in the world. Most of the developed countries in the world have entered the aging society, and China has also stepped into the ranks of the aging society. As a result, the old-age problem has become a common problem. Heilongjiang Province has stepped into an aging society, its level continues to improve, the scale continues to expand, pension services have become a problem to be solved. How to speed up the training of talents in the old-age service industry in order to cope with the primary problem facing the aging of the population. This paper through the training mechanism, access system and training system of old-age personnel and other aspects. The purpose of this paper is to train a contingent of qualified talents for the aged in order to provide an effective talent support for accelerating the construction of the service for the aged in Heilongjiang Province.
