L贸易公司煤炭业务发展战略研究

【摘要】:L贸易公司始建于2008年,是上市企业辽宁成大股份有限公司的控股子公司。L贸易公司成立之初,主要经营水产、粮油和木材等大宗商品的国内外贸易。但在2008年下半年,由于美国的“次贷危机”引发了全球性经济危机,使L贸易公司的业务发展受到了严重冲击。面对不利的市场环境,L贸易公司积极^u发新业务,经过大量的市场调研后最终确定了经营煤炭业务的经营思路,为燃煤电厂提供煤炭懫购和供应服务。L贸易公司的煤炭业务经过4年的发展,实现了良好的经营业绩,迅速成长为该公司的支柱型业务。当前,国内外煤炭市场异常低迷,而煤炭贸易行业的市场竞争日益激烈,使L贸易公司的煤炭业务面临严峻的市场挑战。在这样的市场形势下,该公司制定煤炭业务发展战略显得非常迫切和必要。本论文遵循理论和实践相结合的原则,本着发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的思路,制定了L贸易公司煤炭业务的发展战略。本论文的正文包括五个部分。第一部分是文献综述,介绍了战略环境分析理论和企业发展战略理论。第二部分分析了L贸易公司煤炭业务发展的外部环境,主要是对宏观环境和产业竞争环境的分析。第三部分是对L贸易公司内部环境的分析,包括基本情况、组织结构、员工队伍和煤炭业务经营状况等。第四部分是对L贸易公司煤炭业务的SWOT分析。第五部分为L贸易公司制定了煤炭业务的发展战略。
[Abstract]:Founded in 2008, L Trading Company, a holding subsidiary of listed company Liaoning Chengda Co., Ltd., was established at the beginning of its operation. It mainly engaged in domestic and foreign trade in commodities such as aquatic products, grain, oil and timber. However, in the second half of 2008, As the "subprime mortgage crisis" in the United States has triggered a global economic crisis, the business development of L Trading Company has been seriously affected. In the face of adverse market conditions, L Trading Company is actively developing new business. After a large number of market research, the author finally determines the management idea of coal business, and provides coal purchase and supply service for coal-fired power plants. After 4 years of development, the coal business of the company has achieved good business performance. The rapid growth of the company's pillar business. At present, the domestic and foreign coal market is exceptionally depressed, and the coal trade market competition is increasingly fierce, The coal business of L Trading Company is faced with severe market challenge. In such a market situation, it is very urgent and necessary for the company to formulate the development strategy of coal business. This paper follows the principle of combining theory with practice. In line with the idea of finding problems, analyzing problems and solving problems, the development strategy of coal business of L Trading Company is formulated. The text of this paper includes five parts. The first part is a literature review. This paper introduces the theory of strategic environment analysis and the theory of enterprise development strategy. The second part analyzes the external environment of the development of coal business in L trading company. The third part is the analysis of the internal environment of L Trading Company, including the basic situation, the organization structure, The 4th part is the SWOT analysis of the coal business of L Trading Company. The 5th part formulates the development strategy of the coal business for L Trading Company.
