辽宁成大股份有限公司劳务输出竞争战略研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济一体化程度的逐渐加深,劳动力在全球范围内流动已逐渐成为一种趋势,对外劳务输出也成为国家发展对外经济的重要部分。但是国际金融危机后,全球经济走向低迷,就业问题成为各国政府关注的重点,各国引入外籍劳务人员的政策收紧,国际劳务市场竞争日益激烈。随着人民币的逐渐升值,我国劳务人员的实际收入减少,再加上缺乏规范的立法与规章制度,一些劳务中介公司非法诈骗,或者无法保障劳务人员的权益等事实打击了劳务人员出国务工的积极性。并且国内近年出台的法规提高了对外合作企业的注册要求,中小私营企业经营面临一定的困难与障碍。在以上情况下,本论文以辽宁成大股份有限公司代表我国劳务输出类企业,探求企业在愈加激烈的市场竞争中持续发展的竞争战略,以期能为企业管理者提供一些参考。本论文首先分析辽宁成大股份有限公司的内部条件,其次论文对公司所处政治、经济、社会、法律等宏观环境进行深入分析,并且还对公司现有的市场竞争对手进行研究;接着论文对劳务输出的国际市场进行研究,提出政治法律、经济社会、输出行业以及雇主等方面扩展国外目标市场,之后根据以上研究情况并结合战略管理理论中的SWOT分析法从企业自身出发研究企业的竞争优势和劣势,提出了辽宁成大面临的机会与威胁,进而明确了公司的发展定位和目标,制定了辽宁成大的竞争战略,并从观念、服务体系、劳务基地、人力资源等方面提出竞争战略的实施保障措施,为大连市乃至我国的劳务输出企业的进一步发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the degree of global economic integration, labor force flow in the global scope has gradually become a trend, and the export of foreign labor services has become an important part of the country's development of foreign economy. But after the international financial crisis, With the global economy in the doldrums, the issue of employment has become the focus of the governments of all countries. The policy of introducing foreign workers has been tightened, and the competition in the international labour market has become increasingly fierce. With the gradual appreciation of the RMB, The actual income of labor workers in our country has decreased, coupled with the lack of standardized legislation and regulations, and some labor agency companies have illegally defrauded, Or the fact that the rights and interests of labor workers cannot be safeguarded has dampened the enthusiasm of labor workers to go abroad. Moreover, the domestic laws and regulations introduced in recent years have raised the registration requirements of foreign cooperative enterprises. The small and medium-sized private enterprises are facing certain difficulties and obstacles. Under the above circumstances, this paper uses Liaoning Chengda Co., Ltd. to represent the labor export enterprises of our country, and to explore the competitive strategy of sustainable development of enterprises in the increasingly fierce market competition. This paper first analyzes the internal conditions of Liaoning Chengda Co., Ltd., secondly, the paper deeply analyzes the macro environment of the company, such as politics, economy, society, law, etc. Then the paper studies the international market of labor export, and proposes to expand foreign target markets in political law, economic society, export industry and employers, etc. Then according to the above research situation and combined with the SWOT analysis method in the strategic management theory to study the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises themselves, put forward the opportunities and threats faced by Liaoning Chengda, and then clarify the development orientation and objectives of the company. This paper formulates the competitive strategy of Liaoning Chengda, and puts forward the measures to guarantee the implementation of the competition strategy from the aspects of concept, service system, labor base, human resources, etc., which provides a reference for the further development of labor export enterprises in Dalian and even in our country.
