【摘要】：目前哈萨克斯坦共和国对外贸易政策问题实施了特殊的政府计划,但值得更加注意的就是外贸活动和建立国际关系以及不断增强的自由化。在外贸的调控中,国家的作用得到了增加,特别是在全球经济危机之后。在此背景下,寻求新的想法,一个有效的外贸发展政策以创造外贸行业的发展,并且为多元化经济的可持续增长创造了有利条件。本文分析了欧亚经济联盟内的外贸流程的当前状态。(白俄罗斯,俄罗斯和哈萨克斯坦),以及在整合过程中能够影响外经贸合作的因素。此外,本文还分析了哈萨克斯坦对外经贸合作的政策。从2008至2013年期间海关联盟(白俄罗斯,俄罗斯和哈萨克斯坦)的评估以及外交政策的主要方向。本文的目标是确定能够形成哈萨克斯坦共和国在欧亚经济联盟有效的外贸政策的方式的主要方向。
[Abstract]:At present, the Republic of Kazakhstan has implemented a special government plan for its foreign trade policy, but more attention should be paid to foreign trade activities and the establishment of international relations, as well as to the increasing liberalization... in the regulation of foreign trade, The role of the State has increased, especially in the wake of the global economic crisis. In this context, the search for new ideas, an effective foreign trade development policy to create the development of the foreign trade sector, It also creates favorable conditions for sustainable growth of diversified economy. This paper analyzes the current state of foreign trade flow within the Eurasian Economic Union. Russia and Kazakhstan, as well as the factors that can influence foreign economic and trade cooperation in the process of integration. In addition, this paper also analyzes Kazakhstan's foreign economic and trade cooperation policy.
