【摘要】:1979年中国拉开了改革开放的大幕,“引进来”政策的实施给国外产品进入国内市场提供了良好的契机。但由于国内市场的长期封闭以及计划经济体制的运行,国外的生产厂商对国内的政治环境、经济环境、文化环境和社会环境都不够了解,不敢贸然进入,此时一个特殊的行业——代理商应运而生。他们大都成长于国内,熟悉国内政策及市场走向,掌握着国外厂商急需的市场信息,能够为国外产品打入国内市场提供机会。改革开放之初,国内市场产品匮乏,市场现有的生产能力不能满足人们对生产生活用品的需求,制造业急需发展起来。制造业要发展,必须首先提高发展制造业的能力,即提高作为制造业加工母机的机床的技术水平。国内机床技术的发展远远落后于欧美日等国家,先进机床的引进既可以增加市场上的产品供给,更能够提高我国的加工制造技术水平,机床代理商们正是抓准了这一时机,逐渐发展起来的。日本机床代理商们作为整个机床代理市场中的一员,随着日本机床在中国国内数量的急速增加而获得了良好的发展。然而近几年日本右翼势力的发展不断挑衅中国人民的民族情感,中国民众的反日情绪高涨,致使日本产品在中国的销售开始出现危机。同时,日本厂商也开始重视中国市场的发展,纷纷在中国设立办事处、分公司,并发展自己的销售渠道,代理商们承受着来自供应商和用户的双重压力。如何在供应商和用户之间的夹缝中谋求生存获得发展,成为日本机床进口代理商们必须要思考的问题。本文通过对影响日本机床进口代理商发展的因素进行整理分析,辨别出其中的有利因素和阻碍因素,然后运用SWOT矩阵,通过对企业自身的优势和劣势、企业所面临的机会和威胁进行分析,最终确认了企业如何利用自身优势扬长避短,抓住机遇规避风险的发展战略,为此类企业的发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:In 1979, China opened the curtain of reform and opening up, and the implementation of the policy of "bringing in in" provided a good opportunity for foreign products to enter the domestic market. However, due to the long-term closure of the domestic market and the operation of the planned economic system, Foreign manufacturers do not know enough about the domestic political, economic, cultural and social environment and do not dare to rush in. At this time, a special industry-agents came into being. Most of them grew up in China. Familiar with domestic policies and market trends, holding market information urgently needed by foreign manufacturers, providing opportunities for foreign products to enter the domestic market. At the beginning of reform and opening up, the domestic market was short of products. The existing production capacity of the market cannot meet the needs of people for the production of daily necessities, and the manufacturing industry is in urgent need of development. If the manufacturing industry is to develop, it must first improve its ability to develop the manufacturing industry. That is, to improve the technical level of the machine tool as a manufacturing machine tool. The development of domestic machine tool technology lags far behind that of other countries, such as Europe, America and Japan. The introduction of advanced machine tools can not only increase the supply of products on the market, It is also possible to improve the level of processing and manufacturing technology in our country. Machine tool agents have grasped this opportunity and developed gradually. Japanese machine tool agents, as a member of the entire machine tool agent market, With the rapid increase in the number of Japanese machine tools in China, good development has been achieved. However, in recent years, the development of Japanese right-wing forces has incessantly provoked the national feelings of the Chinese people, and the anti-Japanese sentiment among the Chinese people has soared. This has led to a crisis in the sales of Japanese products in China. At the same time, Japanese manufacturers have also begun to attach importance to the development of the Chinese market, setting up offices, branches, and developing their own sales channels in China. Agents are under double pressure from suppliers and users. How to survive and develop in the gap between suppliers and users, This paper analyzes the factors that affect the development of Japanese machine tool import agents, and identifies the favorable and hindering factors, and then applies SWOT matrix, and then analyzes the factors that influence the development of the Japanese machine tool import agents, and then applies the SWOT matrix to analyze the factors that affect the development of the Japanese machine tool import agents. Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises, the opportunities and threats faced by the enterprises, the paper finally confirms how to make use of their own advantages to take advantage of their strengths and circumvent their weaknesses, seize the opportunities to avoid the risks of the development strategy, and provide reference for the development of this kind of enterprises.
