JSY公司生鲜农产品电子商务模式研究

【摘要】:随着经济社会发展信息化,电子商务显示了其强大的应用潜力,在各个行业中都逐步得到应用。电子商务在农产品流通中的应用还处于探索阶段,其模式还有待成熟与完善。农产品电子商务的应用与推广,有利于增强我国农业产品市场的活力,提高运营效率。本文研究的主要目标是借鉴分析国内农产品电子商务典型模式,力图通过系统的分析为JSY公司在生鲜电子商务模式选择的问题上提出建设性意见。本文从生鲜农产品电子商务相关基本理论入手,结合中国典型农产品电商案例分析,研究当前国内生鲜农产品电子商务基本模式。首先查阅大量文献,总结了当前农产品电子商务在世界范围内的发展情况,并基础性地介绍了农产品以及其电子商务的相关理论,同时结合农产品电子商务的具体范围,依据生鲜类农产品的内涵及其市场特点,提出了农产品电子商务模式应具备的特征。其次,分析了当前农产品电子商务几种常见的商业模式,对当前国内典型的农产品电子商务商业模式案例进行深入的分析和比较研究。最后,借鉴典型案例的研究,总结出商务模式实践研究的思路与框架。以JSY公司为分析主体,对其商务模式进行深入探讨。根据JSY公司的基本情况,采用SWOT分析法对其运营状态进行研究。并通过实地调研和实际数据分析对其战略定位、客户定位以及产品结构等商务模式组件进行了深入分析。依据商务模式定位设计原则,参考目前JSY公司实际内外部条件及环境,构想和提出了适合JSY公司的生鲜农产品电子商务模式。并对该地区生鲜农产品电子商务的实践及普及提出具有参考性价值的启示及对策。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic and social informatization, electronic commerce has shown its strong application potential and has been gradually applied in various industries. The application of electronic commerce in the circulation of agricultural products is still in the exploratory stage. The application and popularization of electronic commerce of agricultural products will help to enhance the vitality of agricultural products market in China. The main goal of this paper is to analyze the typical domestic agricultural products e-commerce model. This paper tries to put forward constructive suggestions on the selection of fresh e-commerce mode for JSY Company through systematic analysis. This paper starts with the basic theory of e-commerce of fresh agricultural products, and analyzes the case of e-commerce of typical agricultural products in China. This paper studies the basic mode of electronic commerce of fresh agricultural products in China. Firstly, it reviews a large number of documents, summarizes the development of electronic commerce of agricultural products worldwide, and introduces the agricultural products and their related theories of electronic commerce. At the same time, combined with the specific scope of e-commerce of agricultural products, according to the connotation of fresh agricultural products and the characteristics of the market, the characteristics of e-commerce mode of agricultural products are put forward. Secondly, This paper analyzes several common commercial models of agricultural products electronic commerce, and makes a deep analysis and comparative study on the typical domestic agricultural products electronic commerce business model cases. Finally, it draws lessons from the research of typical cases. This paper summarizes the thinking and framework of practical research on business model. Taking JSY Company as the main body of analysis, it makes a deep discussion on its business model. According to the basic situation of JSY Company, This paper adopts SWOT analysis method to study its operation state, and through field investigation and actual data analysis, deeply analyzes the business model components such as strategic positioning, customer positioning and product structure, etc. According to the principles of business pattern positioning design, Referring to the actual internal and external conditions and environment of JSY Company at present, The electronic commerce mode of fresh agricultural products suitable for JSY company is conceived and put forward, and the enlightenment and countermeasures of reference value for the practice and popularization of e-commerce of fresh agricultural products in this area are put forward.
