中美金融服务贸易比较研究

【摘要】：作为服务贸易的重要组成部分,金融服务贸易不仅关乎着一个国家的经济繁荣和社会和谐,而且对于世界贸易的发展也起到明显的促进作用。在抓住银行业对外开放给中国带来的发展机遇的同时,中国也要迎接金融业在卷入这场世界经济市场潮流后,随之而来的更大的困难和挑战。本文以中国和美国金融服务贸易在近10年的进出口贸易数据为基础,运用图表分析和比较分析的方式,研究中美金融服务贸易的差距,从而发现中国金融服务贸易发展中存在的问题。研究结果表明,中国金融服务贸易发展中存在着较大的问题,具体表现在：金融服务贸易进出口布局不合理,贸易类型结构失衡,金融服务业创新能力低下而且行业中高素质人才匮乏,金融服务贸易开放度不高,金融服务贸易市场的监管力度不够。因此,针对发展中存在的这些问题,我们要深化金融体制改革,优化金融服务贸易结构,提高金融服务业的创新能力,加强金融人才的培养,鼓励金融机构“走出去”,建立完善的金融监管体系等,提升中国综合国力和金融服务业的国际竞争力。
[Abstract]:As an important part of service trade, financial service trade is not only related to a country's economic prosperity and social harmony. And it also plays a significant role in promoting the development of world trade. While seizing the development opportunities brought to China by the opening up of the banking industry, China must also welcome the financial industry in the wake of the current trend of the world economic market. Based on the import and export trade data of China and the United States in the past 10 years, this paper studies the gap between China and the United States in financial services trade by means of chart analysis and comparative analysis. The results show that there are some problems in the development of China's financial services trade. The trade type structure is out of balance, the innovation ability of the financial service industry is low and the talents of high quality in the industry are scarce, the opening degree of the financial service trade is not high, and the supervision of the financial services trade market is not strong enough. Therefore, in view of these problems existing in the development, We should deepen the reform of the financial system, optimize the structure of financial services trade, improve the innovative ability of the financial services industry, strengthen the training of financial personnel, encourage financial institutions to "go out", and establish a sound financial supervision system. Enhance China's overall national strength and the international competitiveness of the financial services industry.
