安徽省对外贸易发展方式转变研究

【摘要】：对外贸易是现代经济的引擎,是国家参与国际竞争合作的重要手段,直接影响着一国经济发展的质量和速度。对外贸易的发展进程显示,一个国家或者一个地区比较优势发挥作用使得一个国家或地区对外贸易的比重攀升。改革开放以来,我国对外贸易开放水平不断增强,整体对外贸易高速发展,在很大程度上拉动着整个国民经济的增长。虽然地区对外贸易发展水平存在差距,但是对外贸易的发展对各地区经济的发展都产生了重要影响。但是伴随着经济的快速发展,国际竞争合作的不断增多,国家或地区之间合作程度加深,安徽省外贸结构当中的问题也逐渐显露,如区位竞争优势降低,劳动力成本增加,自然消耗严重,以及贸易摩擦频繁等。近年来,安徽省对外贸易依靠支柱产业和资源取得了较快的发展,但是随着资源的不断开发,劳动密集型、资源密集型商品出口战略越来越不能适应新的外贸形势,外贸转型才是实现安徽省对外贸易长远发展的必由之路。本文从安徽对外贸易发展现状着手,重点分析了安徽对外贸易中的进出口商品结构、市场结构、贸易发展方式、贸易主体等方面的特点,解析了转变对外贸易发展方式的必要性和制约因素,将安徽对外贸易发展与江苏、浙江等沿海发达城市进行了对比,查摆对外贸易发展方式中存在的问题,借鉴发达地区对外贸易发展方式转变的成功经验,指出安徽应该积极实现产业转移,提升自主创新能力,加强生态外贸建设,转化对外贸易方式,实现对外贸易的比较优势,不断提升可持续发展力,实现安徽对外贸易又快又好发展。
[Abstract]:Foreign trade is the engine of modern economy and an important means for countries to participate in international competition and cooperation, which directly affects the quality and speed of a country's economic development. The comparative advantage of a country or a region makes the proportion of foreign trade of a country or region climb. Since the reform and opening up, the level of foreign trade opening up in China has been continuously strengthened, and the overall foreign trade has developed at a high speed. To a large extent, it is driving the growth of the whole national economy. Although there is a gap in the level of development of regional foreign trade, the development of foreign trade has had an important impact on the development of the regional economy. But with the rapid development of the economy, With the increasing of international competition and cooperation between countries and regions, the problems in the structure of foreign trade of Anhui Province are gradually revealed, such as the decrease of regional competitive advantage, the increase of labor cost, and the serious natural consumption. And frequent trade frictions. In recent years, Anhui's foreign trade has achieved rapid development by relying on pillar industries and resources, but with the continuous development of resources, labor is intensive. The export strategy of resource-intensive commodities is more and more unable to adapt to the new foreign trade situation. The transformation of foreign trade is the only way to realize the long-term development of Anhui's foreign trade. The characteristics of the structure of import and export commodities, the market structure, the mode of trade development, the main body of trade and so on in Anhui foreign trade are analyzed, and the necessity and restrictive factors of changing the mode of development of foreign trade are analyzed. This paper compares the development of foreign trade in Anhui with the developed coastal cities such as Jiangsu and Zhejiang, examines the problems existing in the mode of development of foreign trade, and draws lessons from the successful experience of the transformation of the mode of development of foreign trade in developed regions. It is pointed out that Anhui should actively realize the industrial transfer, enhance the ability of independent innovation, strengthen the construction of ecological foreign trade, transform the foreign trade mode, realize the comparative advantage of foreign trade, and continuously enhance the ability of sustainable development. Anhui's foreign trade has developed fast and well.
