基于社会认知理论的接包方参与众包的影响因素研究

【摘要】:互联网技术的发展为企业的发展带来了很多的机遇与挑战。基于互联网的众包模式是一种新兴的开放式创新模式,也是问题解决模式。合理利用众包模式能为政府和企业节约成本,并集思广益更好地解决问题。而接包方的积极参与是众包模式发挥其优势的关键点,直接影响到平台的治理和政府与企业对众包模式的应用。因而本文关注的问题是:影响接包方参与众包行为的因素有哪些;它们之间是如何作用的。在此基础上提出政府或企业如何激励接包方参与众包,提高众包活动的效果。接包方参与行为的影响因素很多,以往的研究基于不同的研究视角对此做了很多探索,但还较少从社会认知理论视角出发,因此,本文的研究不仅对实践有一定指导意义,对于社会认知理论的拓展和应用也具有一定的理论价值。本文在众包研究的文献基础上,借助社会认知理论的理论框架,从环境和个人认知因素两个方面研究接包方参与众包行为的影响机理,构建了接包方参与行为影响机理研究模型。个人认知因素包括接包方自我效能和结果预期两个变量,环境因素包括平台环境的信任和互动两个变量。根据社会认知理论和已有的研究,认为环境因素中信任和互动会影响接包方的个人认知因素包括自我效能和结果预期,而环境因素和个人认知因素都会影响接包方的参与行为。本文使用在线问卷的方式向众包网站平台的用户发放调查问卷,收集众包平台接包方的相关数据,使用结构方程模型的方法对数据进行验证分析,首先验证了数据的正态性分布情况以及是否存在共同方法偏差的问题,其次对数据的信效度进行检验,最后检验模型的拟合度以及得出假设检验的结果。结果表明:信任对接包方参与行为有显著正向影响;互动对接包方行为有显著正向影响;信任对接包方的自我效能和结果预期有显著正向的影响;互动对接包方的自我效能有显著正向的影响;个人认知因素对接包方参与行为的影响有待进一步验证。最后对研究结果进行分析,得出研究结论与启示。
[Abstract]:The development of the Internet technology brings many opportunities and challenges for the development of enterprises. Crowdsourcing mode based on Internet is a kind of open innovation model is emerging, problem solving model. The rational use of Crowdsourcing mode can save the cost for the government and enterprises, and solve the problem better. Benefit by mutual discussion of active participation and the contractor the key point is Crowdsourcing mode play the advantage, directly affects the application platform of governance and government and enterprise of Crowdsourcing mode. So this paper focuses on the following questions: what are the factors that affect the contractors involved in the Crowdsourcing behavior; between them is how to effect. On the basis of the government or enterprises how to motivate the contractors involved in Crowdsourcing, improve the Crowdsourcing activity effect. Many of the contractor participation factors, previous studies based on different research perspective made a lot of research, but also less from the agency Cognitive theory perspective, therefore, this study not only has certain guiding significance to the practice, also has certain theoretical value for the development and application of social cognitive theory. Based on literature Crowdsourcing research, with the social cognitive theory of the theoretical framework, the influence mechanism of the environment and personal cognitive factors in two aspects the contractors involved in the Crowdsourcing behavior, construction contractor participation model study on Mechanism of behavior. Personal cognitive factors including contractor self-efficacy and outcome expectations of two variables, the environmental factors include trust and interaction platform of two variables. According to the research on social cognitive theory and the trust and interaction influence the Contractor's personal cognitive factors include self-efficacy and outcome expectations that environmental factors, environmental factors and individual cognitive factors will affect the contractor for the participation. The online questionnaire survey questionnaire to Crowdsourcing website platform users, collect relevant data and Crowdsourcing platform access package, using the method of structural equation model to verify the analysis of the data, the first to verify the normal distribution of data and the existence of problems of common method bias, followed by the data the reliability and validity of test results, finally test the fitting degree of the model and the hypothesis test. The results show that the trust docking contractor participation behavior has a significant positive effect; interactive docking package behavior has a significant positive effect; trust docking contractor's self-efficacy and outcome expectations have a positive effect; have a significant positive impact interactive docking contractor's self-efficacy; cognitive factors influence individual docking package participation should be further validated. Finally to analyze the results, draw conclusions and Apocalypse.
