CZ烟草服务保障信息系统开发项目进度管理研究

【摘要】:项目进度管理在近些年的项目开发和推进中发挥着越来越大的作用,项目进度管理在企业的项目推进中得到了越来越多的应用和推广。项目管理者通过采用科学的管理控制手段和应对措施对将整个项目的进度管理进行有效的控制和调整,极大的缩短了项目整体推进时间,节约了软件开发成本,提高了项目推进效率,提高了软件开发质量。本文以项目进度管理的理论和方法为基础,以CZ烟草服务保障信息系统为研究背景,通过对项目已建立的项目进度计划和具体的实施情况进行了对比,发现了该项目进度中存在的一定问题,找出了在整体项目进度中工期估算不合理、整体项目资源计划利用不够科学、项目完成质量无法得到有效的保证、团队的素质建设和能力建设不够、不确定因素和潜在隐患没有得到认真的对待等问题。最后,针对信息系统开发推广阶段,通过采用关键链技术、项目缓冲区和重新制定项目推进计划等一系列控制措施,来加强项目进度监控,更加合理的分配项目资源,加强团队之间成员的能力建设,锻炼团队成员之间的协调能力,充分考虑不确定因素等措施,进一步优化项目进度,加强项目进度的管理力度。由于本文研究背景是以企业项目为背景,所以本次论文的研究成果在更加合理的提高项目进度管理水平的同时,对类似项目的开发管理工作提供了一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management plays a more and more important role in the development and promotion of projects in recent years.The project manager can control and adjust the progress of the whole project effectively by adopting scientific management and control measures, which greatly shortens the time of the whole project and saves the cost of software development.Improve the efficiency of the project, improve the quality of software development.Based on the theory and method of project schedule management and CZ tobacco service security information system, this paper compares the progress plan of the project and the concrete implementation of the project.Some problems in the progress of the project are found, and the estimation of the time limit in the overall project schedule is unreasonable, the utilization of the overall project resources plan is not scientific enough, and the quality of the project completion cannot be effectively guaranteed.The quality building and capacity building of the team are not enough, the uncertain factors and potential hidden dangers are not taken seriously.Finally, in view of the information system development extension stage, through adopting a series of control measures, such as key chain technology, project buffer zone and reformulating the project advance plan, so as to strengthen the monitoring of the project progress and allocate the project resources more reasonably.We should strengthen the ability of team members to build up the ability to coordinate among team members and take full account of uncertain factors to further optimize the progress of the project and strengthen the management of the progress of the project.Because the research background of this paper is based on enterprise projects, the research results of this paper can improve the level of project schedule management more reasonably, and provide some reference for the development and management of similar projects.
