越中边境贸易发展现状分析

【摘要】：从1991年开始，越南和中国两国逐渐实现了关系正常化，两国在经济与贸易领域的合作呈现出了逐渐升温的趋势，对两国边贸的发展起到了极大的带动作用。包括两国边境贸易规模上的扩大以及贸易商品结构的改善，两国边贸合作水平不断深化，合作形式也日益多样化。两国贸易中的边境贸易越来越成为双边经贸合作的重点。本人认为，两国边贸之所以快速发展，其原因是多样的，除了两国悠久的历史、特殊的地缘优势传统的友谊外、两国经济互补性强的特点及两国政府对边贸提供了很多优惠也起到了至关重要的作用。越南和中国边境贸易的发展在两国都产生了很多积极的影响：边贸的发展推动了边境地区的经济发展，，使人民生活水平得以提高，同时商品销售和货物交换增加了两国边境地区人民的交流，使人与人之间的隔阂大大减少；此外国内市场、企业和贸易规模也得以扩大，并且增加了地方的财政收入，带动了第三产业的发展，为人民的就业提供了更多的机会；边贸的发展完善了国家经济发展的体系。虽然边贸加速发展的同时也将带来一些负面影响，但随着21世纪全球一体化给双方带来的贸易环境日益良好，两国边贸发展也日趋稳定。在我看来，在发展并维持长期友好稳定的边贸关系中，两国政府要在经营秩序和协调机制方面达成一致，进行规范化管理，加强对产品质量的检测。同时，建立专门的边贸合作机构，加强边境地区双边官员的交流，以便于贸易活动中出现的问题和困难能够得以及时的解决；交流合作方向，注重发展旅游、商品运输等服务贸易。越中边境贸易口岸的建设也应该作为两国开展合作的重点，中国-东盟自由贸易区的建成与这些地区的建设密不可分。长此以往，两国的边境贸易将迎来一个发展的新高潮。
[Abstract]:Since 1991, Vietnam and China have gradually realized the normalization of relations, and the cooperation between the two countries in the field of economy and trade has shown a trend of gradually warming up, which has played a great role in promoting the development of border trade between the two countries.Including the expansion of border trade between the two countries and the improvement of the structure of trade commodities, the level of border trade cooperation between the two countries is deepening and the forms of cooperation are increasingly diversified.Border trade between the two countries has increasingly become the focus of bilateral economic and trade cooperation.In my opinion, the reasons for the rapid development of border trade between the two countries are various. In addition to the long history and the special geographical advantages of the traditional friendship between the two countries,The complementary characteristics of the two economies, and the two governments to provide a lot of border trade preferences also played a vital role.The development of border trade between Vietnam and China has had many positive effects in both countries: the development of border trade has promoted the economic development of the border areas and improved the living standards of the people.At the same time, the sale of goods and the exchange of goods have increased the exchange of people in the border areas of the two countries and greatly reduced the gap between people; in addition, the scale of domestic markets, enterprises and trade has been expanded, and local revenues have been increased.It promotes the development of tertiary industry and provides more opportunities for people's employment, and the development of border trade improves the system of national economic development.Although the accelerated development of border trade will bring some negative effects at the same time, the development of border trade between the two countries is becoming more and more stable with the increasingly good trade environment brought by the global integration in the 21st century.In my opinion, in developing and maintaining long-term friendly and stable border trade relations, the two governments should agree on business order and coordination mechanism, carry out standardized management and strengthen the inspection of product quality.At the same time, special border trade cooperation agencies should be set up to strengthen the exchange of bilateral officials in border areas so that problems and difficulties arising from trade activities can be solved in a timely manner.Trade in services such as transport of goodsThe construction of border trade ports between Vietnam and China should also be the focus of cooperation between the two countries. The establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade area is closely related to the construction of these areas.In the long run, the border trade between the two countries will usher in a new high tide of development.
