山西醋产品出口贸易及其影响因素研究

【摘要】:1985年起,山西醋产品开始出口国际市场。随着2009年以来山西省大力支持醋产业的发展,山西醋产品的出口贸易被逐渐重视起来。但面临竞争激烈、复杂多变的国际市场环境,山西醋产品的出口发展缓慢。山西醋产品年均出口量600吨左右,相比每年80万吨的产量,其出口所占比例极小,且在出口过程中存在品种单一,难以通过检验检疫等问题。本文针对以上问题分析其成因,并对影响山西醋产品出口贸易的因素进行研究,旨在提出解决问题的措施及政策建议,促进山西醋产品出口贸易的发展。本文以国际贸易理论为基础,在相关文献研究的基础上,采用环境分析法分析山西醋产品出口贸易面临的国际国内的政治、经济、社会、技术环境,采用田野调查法、定性分析法调查并总结出山西醋产品出口数据、市场结构、出口模式及主要出口品种,发现出口过程中存在的问题并分析其成因,总结出影响山西醋产品出口贸易的因素,包括内部因素和外部因素两个部分,其中外部因素包括经济、人口、文化、地理等方面,内部因素包括资本、人才等方面。运用聚类分析方法,将山西醋产品出口目标市场国家进行分类,研究各个外部影响因素对醋产品出口每个类别市场的影响程度。最后对扩大山西醋产品的出口提出整体发展和出口贸易两方面的政策建议。全文从促进山西醋这一特色产品出口的角度,为山西醋产品乃至国内其他类型的特色产品出口国际市场提供借鉴。对山西醋产品出口贸易的研究,为其提出发展建议,不仅有利于促进醋产品出口,更有利于在获得经济利益的基础上向全世界弘扬山西醋文化,促进山西醋产业的发展。
[Abstract]:Since 1985, Shanxi vinegar products began to export to the international market. With the development of Shanxi province to vigorously support the vinegar industry since 2009, Shanxi vinegar products export trade is gradually pay attention to it. But in the face of fierce competition, the complex international market environment, Shanxi vinegar products exports slow development. Shanxi vinegar products average annual export volume of about 600 tons and compared with the yield of 800 thousand tons per year, the proportion of exports is minimal, and in export process in the presence of a single species, difficult to pass the inspection and quarantine and other issues. To solve the above problems this paper analyzes its causes, and to study the influence factors of Shanxi vinegar products export trade, aims to put forward some measures and policy suggestions to solve the problems and promote the development of Shanxi vinegar products export trade. This paper is based on the theory of international trade, on the basis of literature research, analysis of Shanxi vinegar products export trade environment by Facing the international and domestic political, economic, social and technological environment, the use of field survey, qualitative analysis method to investigate and summarize the data from the west, export vinegar product market structure, export mode and the main export varieties, found the export process problems and analyzes the reasons, summed up the impact factors of Shanxi vinegar products export trade the two part, including the internal and external factors, the external factors including population, economy, culture, geography and other aspects, the internal factors including capital, talent and other aspects. Using cluster analysis method, the state of Shanxi vinegar products export target market classification, influence factors of the external impact on the exports of each category of vinegar at the end of the market. Two aspects of the overall development and put forward policy suggestions to expand the export trade of Shanxi vinegar exports.
