基于财务视角下的生鲜超市核心竞争力评价

【摘要】:一方面随着中国城镇化步伐的加快,人们对于消费需求及购物的环境有了更高的要求。而现有农贸市场存在的种种弊端,如:脏、乱的购物环境和“缺斤少两”等。这很好的催生生鲜超市的发展。另一方面,随着网络技术的不断成熟,电子商务得到了前所未有的发展。在电商的冲击下,倒逼这零售企业转型,而生鲜农产品由于其特殊性,所以生鲜超市成为零售企业转型的优先选择。零售行业作为国民经济体系的重要组成部份,在我国的地位更加重要,而生鲜超市作为零售业态之一,它的重要性正逐渐显现出来。本文对超市核心竞争力及零售企业核心竞争力的国内外研究现状进行归纳整理,在这些相关文献的基础上,对于生鲜超市的相关概念及零售企业的研究成果有了充分的认识。借鉴学者的零售企业核心竞争力评价指标体系,建立了以盈利能力、营运能力等5个一级指标和营业利润率、销售净利率等16个二级指标,并采用层次与模糊综合评价法相结合作为生鲜超市核心竞争力的评价方法,同时以永辉超市、新华都购物广场及人人乐连锁三家生鲜上市公司作为评价对象,对这三家上市生鲜超市进行核心竞争力实证分析。最后,根据竞争力的综合评价结果,对提升生鲜超市核心竞争力提出建议。
[Abstract]:On the one hand, with the acceleration of China's urbanization, people have higher requirements for consumer demand and shopping environment. However, the existing farmers' market has various disadvantages, such as dirty, chaotic shopping environment and "lack of both" and so on. This is very good to give birth to the development of fresh supermarket. On the other hand, with the continuous maturity of network technology, e-commerce has been an unprecedented development. Under the impact of e-commerce, this retail enterprise is forced to transform, and fresh agricultural products, because of its particularity, the fresh supermarket has become the priority choice for the transformation of retail enterprises. As an important part of the national economic system, retail industry plays a more important role in our country, while fresh supermarket, as one of the retail forms, is gradually showing its importance. In this paper, the domestic and foreign research status of supermarket core competence and retail enterprise core competence are summarized and sorted out. On the basis of these related documents, the relevant concepts of fresh supermarket and the research results of retail enterprises are fully understood. Referring to the evaluation index system of retail enterprises' core competitiveness, this paper establishes 16 second-order indexes, such as profitability, operating ability, operating profit margin, net sales interest rate, etc. It also adopts the method of hierarchy and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the evaluation method of the core competitiveness of fresh supermarket, and takes Yonghui supermarket, Xinhuadu shopping plaza and Renle chain three fresh listed companies as the evaluation objects. The three listed fresh supermarkets for the core competitiveness of empirical analysis. Finally, according to the comprehensive evaluation results of competitiveness, suggestions are put forward to improve the core competitiveness of fresh supermarkets.
