农村现代化的本土资源——集市在当前新农村建设中的作用

【摘要】：激活优秀本土资源应成为当前新农村建设的立足点。中国农村集市历史悠久,联接城乡市场体系,促进农村专业化生产,壮大农业经营主体;作为农村文化空间,即可保存传统乡土文化,又能吸纳现代理性文化,缓解村民精神空虚;作为农村公共空间,改善村民生活设施,增强村民社区认同。面对各地农村集市发展中的问题,应厘清集市体制,明确各方权利义务,广纳社会力量,形成良性运行机制,这对当前新农村建设大有裨益。
[Abstract]:Activating excellent local resources should be the foothold of new rural construction. China's rural bazaar has a long history, links the urban and rural market system, promotes the specialized production in rural areas, strengthens the main body of agricultural management, as a rural cultural space, it can preserve the traditional local culture and absorb modern rational culture. As a rural public space, it can improve villagers' living facilities and strengthen villagers' community identity. In the face of the problems in the development of rural bazaars, it is necessary to clarify the market system, clarify the rights and obligations of all parties, extensively accept social forces, and form a benign operating mechanism, which is of great benefit to the construction of the new countryside at present.
