内部市场化管理在ZY公司创业管理中的应用研究

【摘要】：很多企业经历创业阶段步入正轨后,会由于采用传统管理模式而逐渐失去竞争力,并最终从市场中消失。与传统管理相对比,创业管理,它所研究的主要方向是企业管理方面的创业行为,永葆创业精神和创新活力的方法。目前创业管理的研究主要由围绕创业活动,变为围绕影响它的内外环境要素,其中认同度较高的是Timmons提出的模型,他认为,成功的创业活动是找到了创业机会、创业资源、创业团队这三个地方的最匹配点,并且平衡再平衡的过程会发生在企业的发展的始终。如何让三要素实现“最适当的匹配”和“动态平衡”是值得研究的问题。本文通过ZY公司在创业管理过程中应用内部市场化管理方式,把市场的运行机制输入到企业里,通过制度化管理、规范化手段、市场化思想,在市场经济运行原则的指引下,利用其自由的价值规律,运用合适的经济杠杆,并引入适当的竞争,对三个要素产生出“最适当的匹配”和“动态平衡”的理想效果。首先,对内部市场化和创业管理相关研究现状进行了阐述；其次,对ZY公司初次创业失败进行了分析,同时介绍了ZY公司管理人员对再次创业管理模式的讨论和引入内部市场化管理模式的想法来源；再次,从理论角度分析、相似案例分析两个方面论证ZY公司在创业管理过程中应用内部市场化管理的可行性。最后,建立ZY公司创业管理过程模型并对实践效果进行描述和分析。本文的研究成果可以对其他创业公司在管理中实践和应用内部市场化管理是可借鉴的、可参考的。
[Abstract]:Many enterprises will gradually lose their competitiveness and eventually disappear from the market as a result of adopting traditional management mode after getting on the right track after going through the stage of starting a business. Compared with traditional management, entrepreneurial management is mainly focused on entrepreneurial behavior, entrepreneurship and innovative methods. At present, the research on entrepreneurship management is mainly centered on entrepreneurial activities, and on the factors of internal and external environment that affect it. Among them, the model proposed by Timmons has a high degree of identity. He believes that successful entrepreneurial activities are to find entrepreneurial opportunities, entrepreneurial resources, The best match of these three places, and the process of balancing and rebalancing occurs throughout the development of the enterprise. How to realize the "most appropriate matching" and "dynamic balance" of the three elements is a problem worth studying. Through the application of internal market-oriented management mode in the course of undertaking management, this paper inputs the market operation mechanism into the enterprise, through the institutionalization management, the standardized means, the market-oriented thought, under the guidance of the market economy operation principle, By using its free law of value, using appropriate economic lever and introducing appropriate competition, the ideal effect of "most appropriate matching" and "dynamic balance" is obtained for the three elements. First of all, the internal marketization and entrepreneurial management related to the status quo is expounded. Secondly, the first venture failure of ZY company is analyzed. At the same time, it introduces the discussion of ZY company managers on the re-entrepreneurial management model and the source of the idea of introducing the internal market-oriented management model. Again, from the theoretical point of view, Similar case analysis demonstrates the feasibility of applying internal market-oriented management in the process of entrepreneurial management of ZY Company. Finally, the model of ZY company's entrepreneurial management process is established and the practical effect is described and analyzed. The research results of this paper can be used for reference in the practice and application of internal market-oriented management in the management of other startups.
