河南省农村电子商务发展研究

【摘要】:互联网时代的今天,我国电子商务快速发展,各企业纷纷踏上电商快车,利用电子商务平台打开新的市场,农村电子商务的后知后觉,成为了各大电商平台争相抢占的资源。农村产品通过电子商务平台卖向全国已经有成功案例,国家和各地政府出台了一系列的相关政策,对于农村电子商务给予政策支持和资源倾斜,为农村电商增添新的动力和资源。农产品上行,急需相应的落地服务来配套发展。先天的自然资源和品类繁多的农副产品满足着人们的多种需求。农产品上行,服务城市,服务全国,还需要新的发展。本文从河南省农村电子商务的网络平台建设现状、农村物流配送体系发展现状、农产品网络销量情况、河南省农村电子商务人才培训情况四个方面分析河南省农村电子商务的发展。依托社会调查、案例分析、文献查找、总结归纳法等方法,对河南省农村电子商务现状问题分析,结合资料提出建议。本文的研究方法主要是成功案例分析、市场现状调查、数据资料搜集、逻辑归纳。本文的主要研究内容第一部分是河南省农村电子商务的现状,主要河南省农村电子商务的网络平台建设,农村物流配送体系,农产品网络销售量,农村电商人员培训。第二部分是农村电子商务发展过程中的阻碍因素:基础建设不能满足农村电子商务发展的需求,农村群众对使用电子商务开展创业就业理解较少,河南农村农产品缺乏独立品牌和标准化生产,河南省农村专业电子商务人才缺乏。第三部分是介绍省外成功的农村电子商务案例:遂昌县:抓住机会,平台扶持,临安:坚果发家,线下展示,成县:领导宣传,侧重自媒体传播,通榆:政府诚信担保,助力网络销售,丽水:依山傍水,政府创建共用品牌。第四部分是根据河南省农村电商的发展现状中的问题提出相关建议,建设农村通信,扩大网络通信覆盖率,构建覆盖农村的冷链系统保障生鲜农产品运输时效,品牌快递企业助力农产品上行。在农村普及电子商务意义,指导使用电商平台致富。加强河南省农村产品品牌化,政府支持创建共用农产品品牌,加强农产品标准化生产的监管,省内进行规划生产以达到生产集群。多途径招聘、引进电子商务人才,加强电子商务专用人才培训。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of electronic commerce in our country, all enterprises have set foot on e-commerce express train, opened new market by using electronic commerce platform, and become the resources scrambled for by various e-commerce platforms in rural areas. There have been successful cases of rural products being sold to the whole country through e-commerce platforms. The state and local governments have issued a series of related policies to give policy support and resources to rural e-commerce. For rural e-commerce to add new power and resources. Agricultural products uplink, urgent need for the corresponding landing services to support the development. Congenital natural resources and a wide variety of agricultural and sideline products to meet the needs of a variety of people. Agricultural products uplink, serve the city, serve the whole country, still need new development. Based on the status quo of the network platform construction of rural e-commerce in Henan Province, the present situation of the development of rural logistics and distribution system, the network sales of agricultural products, The development of rural e-commerce in Henan Province is analyzed in four aspects. Based on the methods of social investigation, case analysis, literature search and induction, this paper analyzes the current situation of rural electronic commerce in Henan Province, and puts forward some suggestions based on the data. The research methods of this paper are mainly successful case analysis, market survey, data collection and logical induction. The first part of this paper is about the status quo of rural electronic commerce in Henan province, including the construction of rural electronic commerce network platform, the distribution system of rural logistics, the network sales of agricultural products, and the training of rural e-commerce personnel. The second part is the hindrance factor in the development of rural electronic commerce: infrastructure construction can not meet the needs of rural electronic commerce development, the rural people have less understanding of using e-commerce to develop entrepreneurial employment. Henan rural agricultural products lack of independent brand and standardized production, Henan Province lack of professional e-commerce professionals. The third part is to introduce the successful rural e-commerce cases: Suichang County: seize the opportunity, platform support, Lin'an: nut family rich, offline display, Chengxian: leadership propaganda, focus on media communication, Tongyu: government integrity guarantee, Power network sales, Lishui: leaning against mountains and water, the government creates a common brand. The fourth part is based on the development of rural e-commerce in Henan Province put forward relevant suggestions to build rural communications, expand the coverage of network communications, build a cold-chain system covering rural areas to protect the transport of fresh agricultural products. Brand express enterprises help agricultural products uplink. In rural areas to popularize the meaning of electronic commerce, guide the platform to become rich. Strengthen the brand of rural products in Henan Province, the government supports the establishment of common agricultural products brand, strengthen the supervision of standardized production of agricultural products, planning and production in the province to achieve production clusters. Multi-way recruitment, introduction of e-commerce talents, strengthening the training of e-commerce professionals.
