创谐广告公司新增连锁门店的可行性研究

【摘要】:随着网络贸易的日趋常态化,实体店的经营变得谨小慎微,连锁企业似乎每增加一个实体店就离死亡近了一步。事实显然并非如此,连锁店的发展离不开门店的扩张,电子商务繁荣的当下依然有越做越强大的连锁店企业。那么实体店的优劣如何?扩张需要考虑的主要因素有哪些?如何用数据来解读这些要素?就上述问题,笔者结合相关理论、著作和亲历的创谐公司为例来一一解读,得出在连锁企业初期扩张门店的主要议题是选址和控制配送成本。并用这一理论对本公司应该不应该增设新门店、在哪里增设更合适、合适的原因在哪里等方面的问题作了深入剖析,最终用数据做了一个较有说服力的论证。文章最后得到了一个更适合创谐公司现状扩张门店的可行性结论,并开放性地探讨了其他发展阶段类似企业的参考方案,同时也提出本研究的不足之处。
[Abstract]:With the increasing normality of network trade, the operation of physical stores becomes cautious, and the chain enterprises seem to be one step closer to death for every additional physical store. The fact is obviously not, chain store development can not be separated from the expansion of stores, e-commerce prosperity in the present there are still more and more powerful chain stores. So what about the physical store? What are the main factors that need to be considered for expansion? How can data be used to interpret these elements? On the above issues, the author combined with the relevant theory, works and experience of the creation of harmonic company as an example to interpret one by one, and concluded that in the initial expansion of chain enterprises, the main issue of store selection and control of distribution costs. And this theory should not add new stores, where to add more appropriate, where the appropriate reasons and other aspects of the in-depth analysis of the problem, finally with the data to do a more convincing argument. Finally, the paper obtains a feasible conclusion that is more suitable for the company to expand its stores, and discusses the reference schemes of similar enterprises in other stages of development, and also puts forward the deficiencies of this study.
