山东省生产性服务业发展影响因素的实证研究

【摘要】：生产性服务业推动全球经济进入到了“服务经济”时代,在此背景下,中国经济的产业结构高级化水平也日益提升。山东省生产性服务业发展水平如何,其影响因素有哪些,这些因素影响山东省生产性服务业发展的机制是什么?本文基于已有的研究,从山东省生产性服务业发展现状入手,选取2007-2015年的山东统计年鉴数据,运用计量方法实证分析山东省生产性服务业的影响因素及影响特征,以期对山东省生产性服务业的快速、健康发展提供有益的借鉴与参考,最后得出结论和研究展望。本文第二章通过文献梳理归纳出服务业的内涵与特征,并概括了生产性服务业的内涵、分类与特征,为接下来的研究提供理论支撑。在此基础上,第三章从山东省区域经济、行业的细分状况以及山东与江苏、浙江、广东三个省份的横向比较等三个方面,测度山东省生产性服务业的发展现状,对比分析山东省生产性服务业发展的优势与不足。第四章首先选择可能对山东省生产性服务业有影响的多个因素,包括专业化分工、工业化程度、城市化水平、市场机制因素、区域经济发展、体制因素六个方面,利用这六个变量构建理论模型,选取2007-2015年总共9年的山东省统计年鉴数据,对数据进相关性分析,并且运用计量经济学的回归方法进行实证研究。实证回归结果显示:不同因素对山东省生产性服务业影响程度不同。体制因素以及城市化水平对山东省生产性服务业发展的影响最大,工业化程度和市场机制因素与生产性服务业呈显著的正向相关性,专业化分工、区域经济发展、体制因素以及城市化水平与生产性服务业呈显著负向相关性。最后,总结全文,并从加深工业化、加强人才引进与培养、促进产业融合、完善专业化分工、改善体制环境五个方面提出对策建议,以期对山东省生产性服务业的快速、健康发展提供有益的借鉴与参考。
[Abstract]:Producer services promote the global economy into the era of "service economy". Under this background, the level of industrial structure of China's economy is rising day by day. What is the level of development of producer services in Shandong Province, what are the influencing factors, and what are the mechanisms of these factors affecting the development of producer services in Shandong? Based on the existing research, this paper starts with the development of producer services in Shandong Province, selects the data of Shandong Statistical Yearbook from 2007 to 2015, and analyzes the influencing factors and characteristics of producer services in Shandong Province by means of econometric methods. In order to provide useful reference and reference for the rapid and healthy development of producer services in Shandong Province, finally draw conclusions and research prospects. The second chapter summarizes the connotation and characteristics of the service industry through literature review, and summarizes the connotation, classification and characteristics of producer services, which provides theoretical support for the next research. On this basis, the third chapter measures the present situation of Shandong producer service industry from three aspects: the regional economy of Shandong Province, the subdivision of industry and the horizontal comparison between Shandong and three provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong. Comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the development of producer services in Shandong Province. In the fourth chapter, we first choose a number of factors that may have an impact on producer services in Shandong Province, including specialization, industrialization, urbanization, market mechanism, regional economic development and institutional factors. Using these six variables to construct the theoretical model, the author selects the data of Shandong Statistical Yearbook from 2007 to 2015, analyzes the correlation of the data, and makes an empirical study with the regression method of econometrics. The empirical regression results show that different factors have different influence on producer services in Shandong Province. The institutional factors and the level of urbanization have the greatest influence on the development of producer services in Shandong Province. The degree of industrialization and market mechanism factors have significant positive correlation with producer services, specialization division of labor, regional economic development. Institutional factors and urbanization level were significantly negatively correlated with producer services. Finally, the paper summarizes the full text, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects of deepening industrialization, strengthening the introduction and training of talents, promoting industrial convergence, perfecting specialized division of labor, and improving the system environment, with a view to the rapid development of producer services in Shandong Province. The healthy development provides the beneficial reference and the reference.
