TPP协议与中国的战略选择

【摘要】：随着TPP协议的正式签署,美国的"重返亚太"战略以及"美国路径"亚太自由区(FTAAP)建设都取得了实质性进展。然而,这一将中国排除在外的自由贸易协议将给中国的经济发展带来一定程度上的负面影响。面对不利的外部环境,中国应该采取多管齐下的策略,主动进行国内经济体制和机制改革,同时全面参与双边及区域自由贸易区建设,以更加开放的姿态去迎接TPP协议带来的风险和挑战。
[Abstract]:With the signing of the TPP agreement, substantial progress has been made in the U.S. strategy of "returning to the Asia-Pacific region" and the construction of the "U.S. path" Free Zone in the Asia-Pacific region (FTAAP). However, the free trade agreement, which excludes China, will have some negative impact on China's economic development. In the face of the unfavorable external environment, China should adopt a multi-pronged strategy, take the initiative to reform its domestic economic system and mechanism, and participate fully in the construction of bilateral and regional free trade zones. Be more open to the risks and challenges of the TPP deal.
