互联网环境下零售企业核心竞争力评价研究

【摘要】:最近几年来,我国传统零售企业的发展进入困境,无论是百货公司、大型商场、专卖店、还是连锁超市,业绩都出现了不同程度的下滑。而与此同时,互联网正在影响和改变着我们的消费习惯,甚至重新定义着生活的方方面面。互联网零售业异军突起,实现了惊人的增长速度。在现有的对互联网及零售企业的研究中,大多只是关于其中的一个方面,或者研究网络零售企业即电子商务本身,或者研究零售企业在传统商业模式下的核心竞争力问题,而有关互联网环境下传统零售企业的转型及核心竞争力的评价的研究相对比较薄弱。不论是从互联网强劲的发展势头及对传统行业带来的颠覆性的影响还是从零售业本身在国民经济以及人们日常生活中的重要性角度来看,都需要加强对这一领域的研究。本文首先介绍了国内外对核心竞争力及零售企业核心竞争力的研究现状,然后阐述了互联网、零售企业、核心竞争力的相关理论,并对互联网环境下传统零售企业的发展现状及存在的问题进行了分析,研究了国内外知名的互联网零售企业的核心竞争力组成要素,分析了互联网环境下零售企业核心竞争力的构成要素。在此基础上构建了带有互联网特色的零售企业核心竞争力评价指标体系,运用模糊数学的方法建立起综合评价系统。文章的最后选取了两家处于互联网环境下的零售企业作为案例分析,运用多层次模糊综合评价法对两家零售企业的核心竞争力进行比较评价,通过分析,验证评价模型的合理性和可行性,并提出了提升互联网环境下我国零售企业核心竞争力的对策建议,对我国传统零售企业的转型提供一定的决策参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of traditional retail enterprises in China has entered a difficult situation, whether it is department stores, large-scale shopping malls, specialty stores, or supermarket chains, the performance has declined to varying degrees. At the same time, the Internet is affecting and changing our spending habits, and even redefining all aspects of life. The Internet retail trade suddenly rises, realized the astonishing growth speed. In the existing research on the Internet and retail enterprises, most of them are only about one aspect, or the study of online retail enterprises, namely e-commerce itself, or the core competitiveness of retail enterprises in the traditional business model. However, the research on the transformation of traditional retail enterprises and the evaluation of core competence under the Internet environment is relatively weak. From the point of view of the strong development momentum of the Internet and its subversive influence on traditional industries or the importance of retailing itself in the national economy and people's daily life, it is necessary to strengthen the research in this field. This paper first introduces the domestic and foreign research status of core competitiveness and retail enterprises core competitiveness, and then expounds the relevant theories of Internet, retail enterprises and core competitiveness. It also analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the traditional retail enterprises under the Internet environment, and studies the key elements of the core competitiveness of the well-known Internet retailing enterprises at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the elements of the core competitiveness of retail enterprises under the Internet environment. On this basis, the evaluation index system of retail enterprises' core competitiveness with Internet characteristics is constructed, and the comprehensive evaluation system is established by using fuzzy mathematics method. At the end of the article, two retail enterprises in the Internet environment are selected as case studies, and the core competitiveness of the two retail enterprises is evaluated by using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. This paper verifies the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation model, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese retail enterprises under the Internet environment, which provides a certain decision reference for the transformation of the traditional retail enterprises in China.
