【摘要】：随着中国市场经济的蓬勃发展,我国体育产业的综合实力显著增强,但由于体育产业对经济发展的贡献偏低,导致政府要求加快发展体育产业、鼓励社会资本的积极参与,扩大体育产品和服务的供给,推动我国经济转型和升级,缩小与发达国家体育产业比重的差距。与此同时,射击运动作为一种新兴的体育产业形式,如雨后春笋般在国内运动界迅速兴起。这种产业形式不仅可以促进相关产业的协同发展,创造大量的财富和税收,成为省内消费经济新的增长点,还能够掀起全民健身娱乐的热潮,提高全民运动水平和身体素质,所实现的经济和社会价值不可小觑。LNBR射击有限公司拥有国内首家专业化、国际化的射击场地,意在为广大射击爱好者提供身临其境的射击场景,体验真枪实弹的乐趣和近身肉搏的快感,提高生活的档次与品位。但由于行业较年轻,国内对于射击行业的理论和实践研究较少,所以企业在实际发展中遇到的问题也难以从以往的经验中得到借鉴。随着竞争对手的增加和广大消费者对于射击运动的要求标准越来越高,如何把握住巨大的市场机遇、保持行业内领先地位,探索出适合企业发展的战略规划方案、为该行业发展提供借鉴对我公司有着重要而深远影响,也是文章研究的目的。本文针对目前射击行业的市场需求,对公司发展的内外部环境进行详细而深入的剖析,通过对国内外射击市场发展方向的研究调查和对相关文献的检索与梳理、运用企业发展理论、竞争战略理论和战略联盟理论等原理方法,结合我国国情和行业现状的发展趋势分析射击行业的开拓前景和市场空间,总结出最适合LNBR射击有限公司的战略发展方案。
