电商平台互联网消费金融发展研究

【摘要】:从2011年开始,我国GDP增速连续六年下滑,之前依靠投资和出口拉动经济增长的模式已经不再适合当前经济的发展,拉动内需消费刺激实体经济成为当下中国经济结构深化改革的可行方向。目前,大多数发达国家大多为消费驱动型经济,居民消费对一国的GDP有很大的贡献,这与其发达的消费金融体系是分不开的,消费金融对于释放国民消费潜力、促进国民消费需求、拉动经济增长并提升经济发展质量有十分重要的意义。随着互联网技术的不断成熟,金融行业面临全新的机遇与挑战,作为金融行业细分领域的消费金融也开始有了新的变革,以阿里巴巴、京东为代表的电商巨头纷纷在互联网消费金融领域发力,相继推出了一系列产品服务,凭借其快捷的审批流程、垂直的消费场景、普惠的产品理念,盘活了沉寂多年的消费金融市场,并推动其向数据化、场景化、细分化的方向发展。本文首先深入分析了以商业银行、消费金融公司为代表的金融机构在传统消费金融业务方面的不足,进而对比分析电商平台互联网消费金融的优势,得出其能够迅速打开市场的原因,总结电商平台进入消费金融领域对整个消费金融市场的影响。通过以阿里巴巴和京东为案例具体分析其推出的消费金融产品特点、运营模式和风险控制体系,分析出电商平台互联网消费金融当前所面临的一系列风险与挑战。通过对以商业银行传统消费金融业务互联网化模式、P2P平台消费金融模式为代表的其他互联网消费金融模式的对比分析,总结出电商平台互联网消费金融客户信用状况不全面、消费场景单一、资金来源不够丰富等问题,并且对其他互联网消费金融模式进行积极借鉴,在控制信用风险和完善运营模式方面得到启发。最后通过对美国和欧洲消费金融公司在市场定位、运营模式、客户拓展、风险把控等方面的具体分析,总结其对我国电商平台互联网消费金融的启示。基于我国电商平台互联网消费金融发展现状,以及国内其他互联网消费金融模式和国外成熟的消费金融体系的借鉴,在大数据时代背景下的电商平台发展互联网消费金融应制定降低平台技术风险、把控客户信用风险、成立行业协会、拓宽融资渠道等方面策略,政府应当加快推进个人征信体系的建设,完善监管法律体系,设立市场准入机制,建立不断成熟完善的社会信用环境和法制环境,保障电商平台为代表的互联网消费金融的健康发展。
[Abstract]:Since 2011, China's GDP growth rate has declined for six consecutive years. The previous model of relying on investment and export-led economic growth is no longer suitable for the current economic development. Stimulating domestic demand and consumption to stimulate the real economy has become a feasible direction for deepening the reform of China's economic structure. At present, most developed countries are mostly consumer-driven economies, and residents' consumption has a great contribution to a country's GDP, which is inseparable from its developed consumer financial system. Consumer finance can release the potential of national consumption. It is of great significance to promote national consumption demand, promote economic growth and improve the quality of economic development. With the continuous maturity of Internet technology, the financial industry is facing new opportunities and challenges. Consumer finance, as a subdivision of the financial industry, has also begun to have a new change, with Alibaba, The e-commerce giants represented by JingDong have launched a series of products and services in the field of Internet consumer finance one after another, relying on their quick approval process, vertical consumption scenarios, and universal product philosophy. The consumer financial market, which has been silent for many years, has been developed towards the direction of data, scene and fine differentiation. This paper first analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional consumer finance business of the financial institutions represented by commercial banks and consumer finance companies, and then compares and analyzes the advantages of Internet consumer finance on e-commerce platform. The reason why it can open the market quickly is concluded, and the influence of e-commerce platform entering the consumer finance field on the whole consumer finance market is summarized. Taking Alibaba and JingDong as examples, this paper analyzes the characteristics of consumer finance products, operation mode and risk control system, and analyzes a series of risks and challenges faced by Internet consumer finance on e-commerce platform. Based on the comparative analysis of other Internet consumption finance models represented by traditional consumer finance business of commercial banks and P2P platform, the paper concludes that the credit status of Internet consumer finance customers in e-commerce platform is not comprehensive. The consumption scenario is single, the source of funds is not rich enough, and other Internet consumption financial models are actively used for reference, in the control of credit risk and improve the operation model has been inspired. Finally, through the specific analysis of American and European consumer finance companies in the market positioning, operation mode, customer expansion, risk control and other aspects of the specific analysis, summed up its e-commerce platform for China's Internet consumer finance enlightenment. Based on the current situation of Internet consumption finance development in China's e-commerce platform, as well as other domestic Internet consumption finance models and foreign mature consumer finance system, In the context of big data era, the development of Internet consumer finance platform under the background of big data should be formulated to reduce the platform technology risk, control the credit risk of customers, set up industry associations, broaden the financing channels and so on. The government should speed up the construction of the personal credit system, improve the legal system of supervision, set up a market access mechanism, and establish a mature and perfect social credit and legal environment. To ensure the healthy development of Internet consumer finance represented by e-commerce platform.
