A公司的配送优化研究

【摘要】:随着科学技术和全球经济一体化的飞速发展,物流行业已经成为服务社会的基础性行业,但是它却在社会和经济中有着十分重要的地位。配送是当今物流活动中最重要的环节之一,它是现代物流活动的核心内容,直接关系到企业的运营和发展,而配送中心和配送路径是影响配送的两大因素。企业的经营规模随着时间的增加而不断扩大,导致了企业和客户不断提高对配送的要求,高效、快速的配送已经成为其追求的目标。地理位置合适的配送中心和低运输成本的配送路径不仅可以为企业减少成本,同时还可以提高企业的整体竞争水平和客户满意度。因此,企业解决配送问题的重点应该放在配送中心的选址和配送路径优化上。本文是围绕着A公司的配送中心选址和配送路径优化进行研究的。首先介绍了选题的背景、意义、相关内容的国内外研究现状和主要的研究内容。然后,对A公司的配送现状进行研究和分析,建立评价指标体系模型,并运用熵权—TOPSIS法对A公司选出的四个配送中心待选方案进行分析和评价。最后,针对新选取的配送中心建立相关的路径优化模型,并运用遗传算法和Matlab对新选的配送中心进行配送路径优化研究。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and the integration of global economy, logistics industry has become the basic industry to serve the society, but it has a very important position in the society and economy. Distribution is one of the most important links in current logistics activities. It is the core content of modern logistics activities, and it is directly related to the operation and development of enterprises. Distribution center and distribution path are the two major factors that affect distribution. With the increase of time, the business scale of enterprises has been expanding, which has led enterprises and customers to constantly improve the requirements of distribution, efficient and rapid distribution has become the goal of its pursuit. The distribution center with the right location and the low transportation cost can not only reduce the cost, but also improve the overall competition level and customer satisfaction. Therefore, enterprises should focus on distribution center location and distribution path optimization. This paper focuses on the distribution center location and distribution path optimization of company A. Firstly, the background, significance, research status and main research contents of the topic are introduced. Then, the distribution status of company A is studied and analyzed, the evaluation index system model is established, and the four distribution centers selected by A company are analyzed and evaluated by entropy weight TOPSIS method. Finally, a new route optimization model is established for the newly selected distribution center, and the genetic algorithm and Matlab are used to study the distribution path optimization of the newly selected distribution center.
