传统银行与互联网金融公司合作策略分析——基于动态演化博弈视角

【摘要】：互联网金融浪潮的兴起对传统银行是巨大的冲击与挑战,但二者互利共赢、相辅相成也是大势所趋。从演化博弈的视角出发,本文对传统银行与互联网金融公司的合作展开分析,通过构建复制动态方程分析其均衡解的稳定性,并通过数值模拟探讨稳定解的影响因素。研究发现,影响因素主要包括合作的超额收益、合作成本、竞争的投机收益和被竞争方所遭受的损失等,其中合作的超额收益对系统演化路径和结果呈正向的影响,而合作成本、竞争的投机收益和被竞争方所遭受的损失等因素,则反作用于系统演化路径与结果。因此提出建立公平的收益分配机制、创新合作渠道、控制合作成本、构建良好的信任机制等策略,以稳定双方的合作关系。
[Abstract]:The rise of Internet finance is a great challenge to the traditional banks, but the mutual benefit and mutual benefit between the two is also the trend of the times. From the perspective of evolutionary game, this paper analyzes the cooperation between traditional banks and Internet finance companies, analyzes the stability of equilibrium solutions by constructing replicative dynamic equations, and discusses the influencing factors of stability solutions through numerical simulation. It is found that the influencing factors mainly include the excess profit of cooperation, the cost of cooperation, the speculative benefit of competition and the loss suffered by the competitor, among which the excess return of cooperation has a positive effect on the evolution path and result of the system. On the other hand, the cooperation cost, the speculative gains of competition and the losses suffered by the competitors are counterproductive to the evolution path and result of the system. In order to stabilize the cooperative relationship, we put forward some strategies, such as establishing fair income distribution mechanism, innovating cooperation channels, controlling cooperation cost and constructing good trust mechanism.
